I'm still sitting here wondering what is going to happen. I placed a JUMP order online literally moments after it came available (and it was down again 5 minutes later), and I still haven't heard anything.

No charge to my CC yet (I have notifications turned on, I'll know the moment they hit my card for the approximately $300).

I have spoken with others who have either said they have shipping info or their cards got charged, and all the ones I have spoken to were new customers. I'm beginning to doubt this whole JUMP gets priority non-sense..
 
New poster here. Created acct just to commiserate with my fellow TMo iPhone 6 Plus Pre-orderers. Ordered early in the AM on the 12th via phone after trying, in vain, to order online. Was assured I would receive it on the 19th... And nothing... My status changed to backordered sometime overnight - no charge on my card. :( Can't believe I'm obsessing over a phone - but seems I'm not alone... Thanks goodness!

My card was charged overnight the amount I paid in the store on Saturday. And I've been a customer for about 1 year, since the iPhone 5S launch, and have had Jump ever since. But no change on my order status.

I don't know if that can be considered devolving or evolving, all of those things (including talk about other phones such as the G3) are what make preorder threads awesome :D.

It is awesome!

So many different contributors, so many different emotions, including my own range of: "it'll be fine, I'm sure it'll get here" to "how come that person had their card charged and not mine!WAHHH"

I've been in the process of buying a car while all of this iPhone stuff has been going on and I'm not nearly as emotionally invested in the car as I am with the iPhone.

The only thing I know is that Apple wins. If they offered an option to automatically debit my account monthly and just made sure I always had the latest stuff I'd sign up tomorrow.

Bro nothing immature about it at all. We're all excited about getting these new phones, and all of us are just not sure what the hell T-Mobile is doing.
 
Actually we've either devolved or evolved into a:

plane watching, manic browser refreshing, CS calling, CS relaying, twitter stalking, UPS reference number guessing, more manic browser refreshing - I just want to know when I'm going to get my phone because I stayed up all night and TMo's website didn't work then I stayed up 3 more hours to order my phone, update your signature, but is it a 6+?

I called the 800 number and spoke to the robot lady. No delivery estimate given, just said that I was backordered.
 
It's gotten so bad that I downloaded a tweak on my 5s that shrinks the app icons LMAO. At least it looks like a 6 plus but I'm slowly getting used to it now SMH

So i just got off the phone with a CS rep and she said that the T-Mobile Retail stores would not be getting any iPhone 6+ at all due to the pre-orders. I was trying to find out how much of a hassle it would be to cancel my pre-order and use my Jump! at the store. Thought waiting in line would assure me a iPhone 6+ but after that i don't know. Of course we had someone state that he had a friend that works at a T-Mobile and that they should receive some. By the way

I'm so dissapointing at tmobile. I ordered on the 12th less than an hour after they started taking orders (I was up trying at 3 am). I got backordered, updated at 3 am today to backordered. Never happened with At&t, I wonder if Sprint is ran like this and what their coverage is looking like. They got that 20 gigabyte a month deal. I was with then for 10 years before I went to Att for the iPhone, been with tmobile for over a year.
 
I just got a response to my tweet to tmobile saying that they will be releasing shipping information tomorrow, so I guess the tweet saying today meant nothing lol.
 
Can people start specifying what they ordered? Seems like there's actual movement on ip6 models, but not ip6+.

Also, it seems like there are two different order status pages - one that you access form the right column of the my-tmobile page, and another that I seem to have forgotten...

Yes, please. Has anyone who ordered the Plus had their account charged or gotten a tracking number?

last part of the convo, I know it doesn't say much but it might put some minds as ease a bit. But after the phone convo I did the live chat and both did say that new members switching over from other services, and those that paid into jump, are getting theirs sooner rather than later. I was also told that it was a good thing that my order has stayed at processing order and pending shipping.

so phone CS and live chat CS gave the same story about how shipping would be changed to "get it to all customers ASAP" and that the switch customers coupled with buying into JUMP will get their phones at initial launch.

early in the convo he did mention that they have another huge shipment that landed and they are sorting boxes and updating orders as we speak.

take all this for what it is i suppose.

Account has been charged for both of my phones, but Robot Lady still says Backordered. As I'm a new customer, I don't have access to tracking data.

Still, hoping for the best! I got excited when they charged me for both phones, but nothing today...:(
