I have an LG G3 and it's a wonderful phone. A friend of mine got one with Verizon and it had some overheating issues, exchanged it and got another great phone like mine.

Huge gorgeous screen, amazing battery life. I have two lines and my iPhone is going on the other line, and I'm keeping the G3.

Good for you. This is an iPhone 6 thread though not an LG G3 thread

for what it is worth, I just called an actual rep and was told that the space gray 64gb is on back order for upgrades, not for new customers.

Bad news is that they can't change the ground shipping so it would be "no later than wednesday of next week" before I get mine. I preordered yesterday the 16th. Though he did say "once it is actually released we will do everything we can to get you faster shipping".

so while the shipping part was a little hazy, he assured me that being a new customer and signing up for Jump that my shipment processing status was correct and I will get a friday released device.

***Rant mode on*** If this is true, that really sucks. I hate the way all carriers court new customers and put the screws to their current ones. It's the same with cable systems. They offer huge incentives to new customers while they raise the rate for people who have been with them for years. I have 4 lines with T-Mobile and had an upgrade due. Why wouldn't my business matter just as much as someone who just switched? I've been paying them thousands over the years. You'd think I would get just as much priority - or more - than anyone else. ***Rant mode off.*** Whew, feel better now...

Ohhh. Because this is a thread for people who ordered from T-Mobile.com (see the thread title).

You confused those of us who ordered from T-Mobile.com into thinking T-Mobile.com orders had started shipping!

We appreciate the info but the wind from my sails was let go when I read that you bought it through the Apple Store. Thought we were making progress from tmo.com lol

Congrats anyway! Enjoy your phone!

Someone mentioned getting an LG G3 in the meantime, someone else mentioned don't get it because blahblahblah that I was responding to. There was a context for my response.

UPDATE: just noticed YOU were the one making that response to someone mentioning the G3, so YOU were talking about the G3 too . In that case why criticize me for responding?!? Are only negative comments about other phones allowed here according to you?

My local t-mobile store said that they will get their shipment of 6 pluses in tomorrow. They said they only will get 20 6 pluses, 16 GB only.

We are. Myself and at least one other person (Hpfeffer) have tracking numbers and ordered on Tmo's site. More will roll in soon I'm sure!

Don't reply to it if it's not then

Actually we've either devolved or evolved into a:

plane watching, manic browser refreshing, CS calling, CS relaying, twitter stalking, UPS reference number guessing, more manic browser refreshing - I just want to know when I'm going to get my phone because I stayed up all night and TMo's website didn't work then I stayed up 3 more hours to order my phone, update your signature, but is it a 6+?

thread

(p.s. my card hasn't been charged yet)

Here's a new wrinkle and I don't know if it's related or not, but my bill went down by $30 for some strange reason. I poked around our account and didn't see any bill credits or anything. When I think about it, I paid for the $14.99 shipping for 2 iPhone 6 orders. Technically, it's $30 in shipping which makes sense to the $30 credit on our bill that I can't find just yet.

This goes back to Tmo possibly upgrading everyone to overnight shipping, which would make sense as to why my bill is now $30 lighter.

Can anyone else confirm this that paid for extra shipping?

So I dug into my account activity and I think I figured out what it is.

I referred a friend to Tmo and we both got the Unlimited LTE promotion. I'm guessing they credited me $30 for the Unlimited service that they just gave me. Funny thing is that I didn't have unlimited before but just the regular 2.5GB plan. I'm not gonna knock the free $30 but I was hoping it was refunds for the shipping, which meant my phones were processed. Oh well, back to playing the waiting game.

I per-ordered at a TMO store and got my tracking no this morning online...

So from what I'm hearing now the 64 GB iPhone 6 space gray is on back order for upgrades, not for new customers? I would love to hear the rationale behind that? If it's true, it totally sucks.

Can people start specifying what they ordered? Seems like there's actual movement on ip6 models, but not ip6+.

Also, it seems like there are two different order status pages - one that you access form the right column of the my-tmobile page, and another that I seem to have forgotten...

No one in T-Mobile can find my order made on Sept 12 at 9am thru JUMP!! I can see it on my account online but nobody else can. I might have to prepare to camp out.

I don't know if that can be considered devolving or evolving, all of those things (including talk about other phones such as the G3) are what make preorder threads awesome :D.

I really don't think all the pre orders would go to new customers, I feel like he/she just said that to not lose a customer.

New poster here. Created acct just to commiserate with my fellow TMo iPhone 6 Plus Pre-orderers. Ordered early in the AM on the 12th via phone after trying, in vain, to order online. Was assured I would receive it on the 19th... And nothing... My status changed to backordered sometime overnight - no charge on my card. :( Can't believe I'm obsessing over a phone - but seems I'm not alone... Thanks goodness!
