T-Mobile.com preorder thread

made an account just for this lol got the txt says itll be here friday then the email...still havent been charged....nothing comes up in ups with my number called cc and he said they wont SHIP until friday and was clueless about the email and txt lol anyone else? my order 6+ sg 128gb 730am mt over the phone

I haven't recieved any email or text either, but what more good is a text or email when you have a tracking number? It means a package with your phone in it exists, and if you have next day saver whatever, it's probably going to be in the air tomorrow to get to you Friday. That's what I'm assuming for mine. If it doesn't happen for some reason, THEN I'll be losing my mind lol.

I was also told over the phone (twice) that the phones would ship on 9/19 at the earliest, but I just got an email an hour ago saying it will be delivered on 9/19, so I think they are pretty much clueless (CS reps).
 
No charge, no email of any kind, no text. My order page just says order placed and that's been like that since 9/12 at 7:45 am. 128 6+. new customer, eip

Got charged yesterday
Looked up ups by reference and found my package today with delivery by tomorrow
No text yet

member from post #4842 status changed online to shipped no tracking number but he is able to see label from ups.com

I would call up the Robot Lady at T-Mobile at 18006725390, if she doesn't recognize your order.. Your order might've been effed up by T-Mobile and you have to give them a call ASAP.
 
Honestly, if we are getting emails stating its coming Friday, I would assume we would get tracking tomorrow....soooo why is everyone freaking out?????
 
I was wondering this. You can create label even if you don't have the item on you. Even if it has the weight, that's not a guarantee that the phone physically is assigned to you yet right?

I'm not as optimistic. I feel like, I've tried too many times already and can't eat another bite, play another man, walk another step...

I'm 'bout to cmcxl my order and do the unthinkable~ some of you may pretentiously hold me back but wear the desire on your back for me to cmcxl...

how long does it take the cancel to take effect? say, if I cancel tomorrow, can I go into the brick&mortar on Friday and start fresh? that is if I can get one...
 
Nothing found for my phone number on UPS even though I got 9/19 text. Even signed into my choice. Nothing.
