Can someone explain how we would go about looking this info up? pleaaaase :)

Tomorrow is Thursday. UPS will send multiple trucks to the t-mobile shipping center towards the end of the day tomorrow. There will be a lot of palettes full of iPhone 6's with shipping labels ready to be sorted and flown to your local hubs. Then the iPhones will go down a belt Friday morning, loaded into a truck and then delivered to our doors.

Im so frustrated with Tmobile. I tried as soon as they got the preorders up.. And when it kept failing... I got my eip, but I couldn't complete the order. They couldn't help me over the phone, so I had to go to the T-mobile store when I got off work at 4:00. I got everything figured out and ordered 5 iPhone 6's. When I called today, the robot lady says I ordered on saturday and Im backordered. When I talked to a real person, she said that it could take up to 8 weeks.

P.S. Im a new customer on the Jump program...

And that's only if u got a text or email about Friday delivery ?

IDK
Hers CONVO first email
Thank you so much for the reply. I have recieve an email saying it will arrive by Friday is it safe to assume it's true?
I'm just trying make sure it's not in error
Sent from my iPhone

Response Excellent to hear! Yes that should be accurate. We started receiving the inventory from Apple and orders are being fulfilled and shipped!

Lol at some people screaming to the heavens that they are going to switch providers due to the mishandling of a phone preorder.

I get it, you're upset... but to say that T-Mo is "inept and immoral" is just cringe-worthy stupid.

With that said, WHERE THE HELL IS MY TRACKING INFO, LEGERE!!!???

They may not be immoral but Inept is CERTAINLY the right word to use regarding this entire pre-order fiasco

Hating T-Mobile

T-Mobile canceled my orders and lied about it!

Got up at 2:45 am (ET) to preorder 2 iPhones. T-mobile site, as you all know, didn't even have an iPhone 6 orders until after CS lined opened at 6 am (ET) and someone realized they had f-ed up and not flipped the order switch.

My order went through at 7:10am (ET) -- 4:10 Pacific -- for two iPhones.

Today I get a text and email saying my order was cancelled because the payment was declined.

I called the bank, and the bank manager investigated. It turns out that T-Mobile lied to me. The charge was never declined. They are inept and immoral. John Legere talks crap about the other carries, but his company shi*t their pants on this preorder. I was switching 4 lines from Verizon for this order. I am not going to do it at this point.

TLDR: Short TMUS Stock

Right there with you. Got up at 2:45AM ET to order iPhone 6 on T-Mobile, who announced they would have the phone available at the same time as apple. The 6 was not available on T-Mobile's site until after 6:00AM ET, as everyone here knows. Refreshed a zillion times. Finally got in some time after 6. Pretty much first in line, iPhone to be delivered by this Friday as of this morning. Suddenly, today, received a text stating "payment declined, to continue with this order call..." Called within 10 minutes. No continuation possible - order cancelled immediately. My bank is investigating and denies declining payment - plenty of funds. Now, after days of T-Mobile hurdles - went to store twice and spent Hours on phone with customer service - I am at the Back of the line. I think I will bill T-Mobile for my going hourly rate.

6 WEEKS for an iPhone 6+!? Not. Good.

My theory is that mostly 6+ people got the text messages. I ordered about 10 CDT on Monday and have seen little movement on my order until I got a text and email tonight.

I do suspect the 64G versions phone is going to turn out to be the most popular next to the 16G versions. The $99 down payment and EIP is a sweet deal. So I think that is where there might be a short fall if any for the sat/sun orders.

My guess is everyone who ordered 6/16g from Friday to Sunday gets the phone on Friday. All 6/64G/128G and 6+/64G/128G will be shipped but there is likely be a short fall especially for non-Jump customers. I'd also bet everyone who ordered Friday between 12:01am and noon will get a phone but after that it's just what is remaining in stock.

If you got a text, email, had a CC charged, or have a UPS label in the last 48 hours I think you are good. My predictions include new customers as we'll and jump and non jump customers.

Everyone else I think it is going to hit/miss as stock is monitored and allocated. I do think that T-Mobile is trying to ship as best as possible. Keep in mind this is the biggest launch ever and no one expected it. Best they could measure against was the previous preorder weekend which was only 1 million phones. This time it was 4 million and no one, not even Apple seems to expect 4 million preorders even account for people orders 2 or whatever that they did to make sure they got a phone. Those same people do that anyway so that's not a factor in the over all load.

I must have gotten screwed then. I ordered my 2 iPhone 6 Plus 64GB space grey and a silver on 9/12 at 12:30AM PST. Did 2 new line upgrades. I am a new customer that started new service that same day and added those two lines.
My account is also a business account so I am not sure what is going on
I still have no emails or a text stating my iPhone has shipped.

So my credit card T-Mobile charged me $266.45 on Monday. Today there was a charge from T-Mobile for $243.34 ... anyone else double charged?? I only ordered 1 phone.

Likely they are refunding shipping as they have been upgrading all to next day it seems, regardless of Jump..

Probably as a small, but appreciated, apology for the messed up preorders.

what I meant was, how are people seeing their labels on UPS saying "next day air"....

I little bit off topic but did you guys notice that one of the planes supposedly carrying IPhones is heading to LA and not KY

On a side note as we are totally on pace to overtake the UK thread as the largest preorder thread of the the sub forum...

In advance I would just like to thank T-Mobile, without whos complete inability to coordinate a preorder baffles even the simplest of minds, the CS reps who know less then us (most times) but yet we take their words as gospel, the guy who told us about Mailbox Innovations (which was an utter failure), and Lady Robot... Who graces us with "your order is back ordered... Would you like to hear this information again" will always be remembered. I shall call her Companion-bot for she stuck with us through the thick and thin.

This is GOLD !!!!

This thread really shows how creative we all are though lol, we've made up some crazy stuff lol

Both our phones here just beeped with a text. Both say that the phones will be delivered on Friday.

I placed my order at 6:30am Eastern on Friday 9/12. The phones are 64GB iPhone 6 Space Gray and 64GB iPhone 6 Silver.

Just got the text from T-Mobile stating I should receive my iphone 6 on Friday and they would be sending me a tracking number later on.

My Order

iPhone 6, 64GB Silver
Order was placed on Sept 12th at 4:52am PST

No, it's just a far larger launch than T-Mobile has ever delt with.. remember.. T-Mobile is new to iPhone launches ... Their last launch was soft compared to this. WAY WAY SOFT.. Like comparing a pillow fight to semi-automatics kind of comparison.. This being their second only launch of the iPhone.. lol, they must feel way overwhelmed.

Verizon and ATT are larger, had much more experience in dealing with this..

I put this down to newb kid on the block stumble.. things will shake out OK next few days as orders start getting out the door..

Nice. Hopefully I'll see my label tomorrow. Til then, time to sop bugging you guys. You all have been awesome!

Dang dude we ordered the same phone and I ordered mine at 4:50am on the 12th and I got the we will let you know in 1 or 2 days when ur **** will be delivered. You are one lucky guy!!! Lol
