Hi guys,
I had to sign up to the forums just to tell of my call I just had with T-Mobile.
Call there phone centre to simply ask when my phone shall be delivered, was receiving the same message as everyone else here. "Back-Ordered". My card was charged yesterday.
I get through to a lady, who literally didn't have a clue what she was doing. Ask to be transferred to the manager. She comes onto the phone, 1 HOUR LATER!!!!! She informs me that I will probably not be getting the phone since they are all on a back order of 4-6 weeks. I inform here that I entered my cell phone number into UPS Tracking and shows that ready to pick up, she did not understand. She continues on to tell me that not even there stores will have the iPhone, to which I know is bull... since I called a store today and they informed me that they will have 20 iPhone 6 in.
I tell her this, she completely changes her story... So to sum it up these people don't have a clue what is going on internally. She did not care that I had spent more money and time to get the Phone to myself sooner.
Oh and as i hung up I receive this text message:
Great News! You should receive your iPhone 6 on friday, We'll send you another message with your tracking number once it ships.
