My status just changed to Pre-Order and the only text I received was that they would let me know in 1 or 2 days what the delivery timing is.

No, it's just a far larger launch than T-Mobile has ever delt with.. remember.. T-Mobile is new to iPhone launches ... Their last launch was soft compared to this. WAY WAY SOFT.. Like comparing a pillow fight to semi-automatics kind of comparison.. This being their second only launch of the iPhone.. lol, they must feel way overwhelmed.
Verizon and ATT are larger, had much more experience in dealing with this..
I put this down to newb kid on the block stumble.. things will shake out OK next few days as orders start getting out the door..

Are you a JUMP customer? If so, then that S means you used JUMP to pre-order your phone.
Heard it means you pre ordered using JUMP from the T-Mobile Help Twitter, I have an 'S' in front of mine and I JUMPed.
T-Mobile canceled my orders and lied about it!
Got up at 2:45 am (ET) to preorder 2 iPhones. T-mobile site, as you all know, didn't even have an iPhone 6 orders until after CS lined opened at 6 am (ET) and someone realized they had f-ed up and not flipped the order switch.
My order went through at 7:10am (ET) -- 4:10 Pacific -- for two iPhones.
Today I get a text and email saying my order was cancelled because the payment was declined.
I called the bank, and the bank manager investigated. It turns out that T-Mobile lied to me. The charge was never declined. They are inept and immoral. John Legere talks crap about the other carries, but his company shi*t their pants on this preorder. I was switching 4 lines from Verizon for this order. I am not going to do it at this point.

I would call up the Robot Lady at T-Mobile at 18006725390, if she doesn't recognize your order.. Your order might've been effed up by T-Mobile and you have to give them a call ASAP.
Dang this thread stresses me out. No text, no email, Robo-b!tch still says back ordered. I've been charged twice since Friday. I just want some sort of delivery info.

I paid for Rushing Shipping and bought around 8am EST on the phone after many attempts at 3am thru 7;30am
I finally got my text confirming i will get it Friday.
I was charged on the 16th the full price as well.
