anyone's order status online that recivied the Friday text change from backorder to preorder?

My status just changed to Pre-Order and the only text I received was that they would let me know in 1 or 2 days what the delivery timing is.
 
No, it's just a far larger launch than T-Mobile has ever delt with.. remember.. T-Mobile is new to iPhone launches ... Their last launch was soft compared to this. WAY WAY SOFT.. Like comparing a pillow fight to semi-automatics kind of comparison.. This being their second only launch of the iPhone.. lol, they must feel way overwhelmed.

Verizon and ATT are larger, had much more experience in dealing with this..

I put this down to newb kid on the block stumble.. things will shake out OK next few days as orders start getting out the door..


You want to play with the big boys you better be able to DELIVER like them. T-Mobile is boasting that they'll be bigger than Sprint by years end. They've spent millions of marketing dollars on the whole "cooler, hipper, better" un-carrier campaign. They've mocked and belittled the competition endlessly. But at the end of the day if you can't stick the landing then your left simply looking like the little snot nosed brother sticking his tongue out at his more successful sibling, immature and inept.

T-Mobile claims their ready for the big leagues, well an iPhone launch IS the Big Leagues. A successful pre-order launch of the biggest phone of the year is PARAMOUNT for reputation. Instead, they pissed of their loyal jump customers, alienated new customers, and frustrated a large portion of their client base

I got the Friday text & email. They just charged my account, but my status is still back ordered. Hasn't changed. Only shipping label on UPS for me is for the Cellspot router.

Dang this thread stresses me out. No text, no email, Robo-b!tch still says back ordered. I've been charged twice since Friday. I just want some sort of delivery info.
 
Are you a JUMP customer? If so, then that S means you used JUMP to pre-order your phone.

I wasn't a jump customer prior to pre-ordering, but during the pre-order process in-store the rep added jump to my account, and every CS rep i've spoken to says that my order was placed with JUMP and will supposedly be given priority status
 
I've called robo lady so much my wife may start thinking I have a mistress.

Wonder if she's into robots... What do you call a three way with a robot? Marital aide? :D

T-Mobile canceled my orders and lied about it!

Got up at 2:45 am (ET) to preorder 2 iPhones. T-mobile site, as you all know, didn't even have an iPhone 6 orders until after CS lined opened at 6 am (ET) and someone realized they had f-ed up and not flipped the order switch.

My order went through at 7:10am (ET) -- 4:10 Pacific -- for two iPhones.

Today I get a text and email saying my order was cancelled because the payment was declined.

I called the bank, and the bank manager investigated. It turns out that T-Mobile lied to me. The charge was never declined. They are inept and immoral. John Legere talks crap about the other carries, but his company shi*t their pants on this preorder. I was switching 4 lines from Verizon for this order. I am not going to do it at this point.

TLDR: Short TMUS Stock
 
I haven't received squat. Brand new Tmo customer ordered over the phone at 5am PST on 9/12 (order went into their system at 6:30am PST). Ordered 3x 128gb IP6+ for a new family plan. Order status online just says "order placed" and when I call the phone number the automated order status update says "backordered". No emails or credit card charge. Not sure what is happening.
 
I would call up the Robot Lady at T-Mobile at 18006725390, if she doesn't recognize your order.. Your order might've been effed up by T-Mobile and you have to give them a call ASAP.

yep, order not recognized...was told on the phone that there was a glitch with the eip and they manually had to fix it (I got an email after I signed it on 9/12 at 7:45 am est that said 'Now that you’ve signed your Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) agreement, your work is done! ')...they said that I now had to wait in the back of the line..

Called again and spoke to a pleasant representative who said they see that my order is listed as 'submitted' and not 'back ordered' which they say means that my phone will ship or get significant movement on friday.

Issue is that checking my order on tmobile still says only 'order placed', which is what it was stuck on ever since 7:30 AM on Friday. The robot still doesn't recognize my order at all either. The great rep is giving me a call on Monday to follow up but her and her manager made it seem like I'd be getting my phone mid week next week at the latest.

Same here. Don't care if I get on the 19th or later but I just need some info
 
Card charged in full today. Still shows back order, no texts or emails yet. Tracking by reference yields nothing

I paid for Rushing Shipping and bought around 8am EST on the phone after many attempts at 3am thru 7;30am

I finally got my text confirming i will get it Friday.

I was charged on the 16th the full price as well.

Is it possible to get a new email, and text notification on top of the ones we already got? Like if they were to update our orders, and change their statuses?
