I'm in the same boat of receiving the 9/22-9/30 message. Who did you complain to? Did they say they fixed it or did you just randomly get the new Friday message?

I talked to 6 different people. It was the last person in Customer Care who finally did something about it, said I would receive that text, and then I received the text about 5 minutes later.

It seems to be a bit of a roulette game, some Customer Care reps try to say your order is canceled or EIP wasn't signed or whatever to get you to shut up and go away, others try to transfer you, and a few actually help you with your issue. Good luck if you try to get them to change things, it took me over two hours to get any true help! Lots of sympathy, but no help until the last guy.
 
Just received a text and an e-mail from TMO! It says I will receive my Iphone 6+ on Friday and they will send me tracking information shortly! My order went through on the 12th at 5:00am Pacific time! No jump! Adding an extra line to my wife's account.


What time did you receive your text?

Because you're confusing shipping date with delivery date. There is no guarantee it will ship on the 19th. That "between 9/22 and 9/30" is most likely based off a shipping date between 9/19 and 9/29.

No, I'm not confusing those two. The web site said it would ship on 9/19. I paid for next day air, so it would arrive on 9/22. Their text said it would arrive "between 9/22 and 9/30". That's not the same thing. If the reps had reassured me that my order would have arrived exactly on 9/22 I would have been fine, but they didn't do that. I got multiple transfers, run arounds, and finally someone made an adjustment.
 
New customer, ordered a 16GB Gray 6 Friday once the systems at the store started working again, around 3, got an email saying that it would be here Friday. No tracking though.
 
Still says back order. No shipping label. I've given up all hope despite receiving the "you will receive your order on Friday" text
 
I also received this text, and got the email. However I don't have any charge on my bank account nor has my status updated on my TMO account when checking my order status. Anyone else in the same boat? I am confirmed for Friday, and I ordered on 9/12 around Noon AZ time.

What type of 6+ and what shipping

See it makes sense now, the 6+ space gray is on back order, I ordered early enough to be in the 9/22-9/30 time frame, you know what, idk lol this is too complicated.

I got an EMAIL!!!!!

I just got an email from T-Mobile stating that this is an update on my pre-order. It said....Thank you for your iPhone pre-order. We have seen very high pre-order demand since the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus launch was announced, and want to assure you that your order is a priority for us. We will be sending you an update on the status of your order in the next 1 to 2 days, which will include when we expect your iPhone to be delivered.

I ordered on 09/12/2014 around 8:00pm
my status is still backorder and it says pending shipment.
Iphone 6+ 64gb space grey also payed for UPS Express.
