T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I'm in the same boat as a lot of y'all. Received a Friday email, card charged, phone number doesn't track and no tracking info. I'm still fairly confident that it'll arrive Friday.

Figure since my card is charged it'll arrive Friday.

I wouldn't worry about it. Its the same thing that happened to a lot of us yesterday, then in the evening we received texts/emails saying the phone would be received tomorrow. The wording isn't great, but I think you are good to go.

No Voicemail , just an email for 22-30.

Dislike that as was told the first batch 19th by reps
"James: You are definitely in the first wave of orders being shipped out, so you will fall in that shipping time frame."
 
I got the email and text for the Friday delivery on a 6+ Space Grey 128g using Jump, but no tracking info available via phone number, order status still shows back ordered from 9/13 with an order date of 9/12. It was ordered at 10 am est. Bank funds have never been taken.

I'm disregarding the email along with the no Saturday shipping. There has to be Saturday shipping because some of us paid for overnight or Saturday shipping and there's no way the emails are correct they seem completely random.

On the same boat. Where are you located? I live about 3 hours drive from their Louisville warehouse. But I don't think there's any reason to be worried. If it's already in the pipeline, we should be fine :)

Pretty sure they mean it won't arrive Thursday.

UPS Next Day Air Saver does not have Saturday delivery. That's what everyone paid for and I believe it what everyone was upgraded to.

Saturday delivery is an extra fee on top of normal next day air pricing.

check your voicemail if u didn't receive no text no email no order status , other people has this issue and got a voicemail.
John J. Legere left a message for an update on your package

if been verified by 5 other people on this forum and it mark ship on their order!!
 
I just called in and now they are telling me sept. 25-30 . T-mobile seriously screwed up this one . I mean how do they expect to be #1 with mistakes like this . Mind you I ordered at 7am EST on 9/12 . This john legere seems like he doesn't know how to operate a company . I got a text earlier saying thanks for your order we will let you know when it ships . Seems like it's a big F U .

Yeah if it's been charged it means it's been shipped

But I paid for overnight, it doesn't seem like much of an upgrade if they take away a day.
 
If shipments are coming from Louisville then I understand why I haven't got shipping today. I was charged and got my Friday text and email and paid for rush shipping too.

But I'm in cincy , barely an hour more from Louisville . I will get shipping today and get my phone Friday
