My status states " Being Processed" and shipping states USPS Ground?
Postal service?? Really??
I do have a pending charge for full amount. Anybody else seeing this???
I have a pending $152 from TMO upgrade. Im a new TMO customer though, and my status on TMO keeps going from preorder to being processed
Recivied Friday text. Now I have a backorder timestamp that reads "BackOrder 9/18/2014 at 2:24:08 AM" BUT I have a pink check mark that says "Pre-Order" at the top.
I have been stuck on being processed for two days as a status.
The Pending charge on my AMEX is for full amount
Shipping detail states USPS Ground?
I have the same thing though if you refresh the page enough it'll go from Pre-Order to Back Ordered. Seems completely random.

Ok wtf Tmo? I ordered on the 64GB 6+ on the 12th and I did get the vague 22-30 txt. I'm somewhat ok with waiting until next week but why do I keep seeing people that ordered DAYS after me getting shipping information for Friday delivery?
Seriously, I have no clue how they are handling this. I have seen no charge or pre-auth on my CC and my order still is backordered with zero changes since then.

I do have a shipping label I found via my UPS. Spoke w/ rep just now and T-mobile can't see it in there own damn systems though so who the **** knows. What a cluster.

so you guys are saying that even if we receive a text and email confirming friday delivery and we also have a shipping label created showing next day air we should disregard this information? my tmobile order is not showing any new information in tmobiles site but i got everything else.

Still no email or text here. But my cc has been charged for the full amount. I am a new customer switching from ATT to TMO (when the phones arrive for porting numbers). I don't know if thats why I haven't seen an email/ text or not. But I am SO confused. I have seen people who ordered way later than me who have the exact same order that are getting their phones tomorrow, but I am still completely in the dark. Nobody can help me on the phone, and if I chat I get a different answer every time I do a chat on the website.
I don't really mind if I'm not getting the phone tomorrow, or Monday, or even until next weekened, I just wish I could get something reliable to go off of. This is pure craziness.

Your status on TMO where? On the site where you just put your order number, zip code and last name??
If you have a shipping label, I'd say that's the best possible sign. I'm just saying the emails and texts are completely bogus. Don't trust them. Trust UPS.
Like i said shipping label states ready for ups honestly we dont know how long it can say that for. Unless i see the package actually get picked up by ups im not trusting anything from t-mobile

The issue is that I live alone.
If the package gets delivered after the launch date I will not be home.
I will be in Spain for work.
If no one gets the package within 5 days, I am pretty sure it gets returned.
The result? Thanksgiving Day iPhone.
I am really not that mad though, just slightly irritated.
My iPhone 5 is still kicking.
It is funny that people keep saying these text messages and emails are bogus as if they work at T-Mobile. While the official T-Mobile Twitter feed is claiming they are legit.
Worse thing that will happen, is you upgrade your mychoice to premium and reroute the package to a different address.
I have zero faith that despite getting Friday text and email I won't get my phone...I haven't been charged the $50 EIP fee or have anything on UPS showing up
If u get the shipping info and its scheduled to deliver when u travel to spain. Once u get the tracking number u can call ups and have them change the address to were u will be
It's funny how many people have said the customer service department has no knowledge about anything and yet they believe one text message.
