New customer here (ordered Monday). I've received the "Friday" email and when I call Robot Lady (probably been about 1,000 times now), I get the "processing" response. Also been charged (pending). It may just depend on the model, TBH. I still can't login to MyTMobile, of course, since I'm a new customer. Just relying on the email + charges, but it remains to be seen...![]()
