Tomorrow she will update with shipped and we will already have received our phones.
Just called robo-lady and finally it changed from backordered to order getting processed for shipment
Her Royal Highness the Lady of Robo just told me my order is being process, but is not yet ready for shipment. That's the first change in an actual TMO system I've seen since last Friday. I've gotten texts and emails and been charged, but TMO's actual status system never changed until just now. Cautious, but optimistic.
called robot lady and she changed my order to processed but not yet available after saying backordered 24/7 the past week... does this mean i could get it tmmrw?I also got the email about the 1-2 day notice, and I'm a new customer so I didn't get any texts... I ordered the 6+ 16GB Space Gray.
It's promising, but not a guarantee. You might be in better shape if you see some credit/debit card charges from 9/16 to now.
i could cry omg robolady FINALLY changed from backordered to processing for me! The number of times I've called that number is actually crazy. So happy to finally have a change
btw, is anyone who has gotten a Friday email or text from Miami?

Omfg just put in my mother's phone number (ordered both a nexus 5 and iphone 6+ 16gb grey) just out of curiosity cause mine wasn't working and i got a shipment track!!!!!!!! Scheduled for delivery by 3pm est tomorrow wooooo!!!1 you cannot tell how excited i am finally omg
ALSO THIS WAS WITH ME GETTING THE 1-2 DAY EMAIL AND I ORDERED 4:15 PDT 9/12 AS A NEW CUSTOMER SO IF YOU GOT THE 1-2 EMAIL YOU MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE OF GETTING IT TOMORROW AFTERNOON!

Me too, but it is still driving me bonkers that not everything is updated. Order status on account page still says preordered, robolady processing, ups package in transit.

, also I'm thinking this leads credence to my whole second batch of phones being received theory at the shipping center...

Can someone help with trying to do the ups thing I am not sure what you type in for the reference area. Just the phone #? Then you put your zip below or next to the number? Thanks
Robo Lady just told me order is being processed, whatever that means. It said back ordered a few hours ago so something is happening. Online order status still shows Back ordered. Received email yesterday stating 9/22-9/30 delivery.
