T-Mobile.com preorder thread

The call lady says I'm being processed but the order page itself still says back ordered. I also haven't been charged. What cryptic message is this lol

Phone number associated with upgrade, select country, and then zip. Make sure you are tracking under track by reference.
 
Lol robo lady has a new default message.

Says mine has not yet shipped but I have a tracking number and origin scan @ UPS
 
I feel like I'm RoboLadys psycho ex boyfriend or something as much as I call her.

Robo Lady, says that my order is being processed but not yet available for shipment.
 
Maybe there is a method to t-mobiles madness

Seems odd that they're saying that they can't upload shipping info because of guidelines etc, although other carriers are. But things are looking up!
 
Its happening...just got a text my payment is declined....despite having $16,000 in my bank account....so yeah peace out T-Mobile
 
So I called the affectionately named RoboLady, and she said my order is "being processed, but not yet available for shipment." Have you guys determined this to be a good thing?

First time poster, long time reader. I'm in the Miami area my order has also been changed to Processing. hoping tomorrow is the day!

hey look at that robo lady also told me im processing!

and my order has changed from backordered to pre-ordered
 
Also, has anyone asked a chat CS rep what their status is after having Robo Lady's changed status? Curious to see if they literally have access to the same systems...
