I'm just gonna grab my sleeping bag and some homework and head over to my local t-mobile store at this point
 
So like.. T-Mobile effed up my 9/12 order, so I had to re-order my iPhone 6 plus over the phone on 9/16 and the customer rep told me I would receive it on the 24th, the robot girl told me the 23rd, so I was pretty pissed that I wouldn't get it on launch.. Until I see you guys trying out the reference numbers (I've been trying all day and it never worked) until I type in my fathers billing number (its a new line) and I see UPS to be delivered tomorrow ^.^

What billing number did you try? I ordered on the 9/16 as well, hopefully I can get it by tomorrow but I'm guessing more likely next week if I'm lucky.

My entire order was cancelled. Because Chase flagged fraud with T-Mobile as a merchant and blocked the charge. This is AFTER the preauthorization went through just fine.

I am beyond livid.

I had bought two phones and signed up with their highest tier plans. I have already sold my 5S which needs to be delivered tomorrow to the new owner. I am now forced to wait overnight at a freaking apple store and HOPE TO GOD I can spend $2000 and actually get my phones.

Just to recap: they cancelled my order just like that. 7 hours of trying to order in the early morning hours of 9/17 gone in a flash. They said they could get me the phones sometime in November.

Oh how kind.

This is after I received, in writing, the email I would be getting my phone tomorrow.

I hate everything quite a bit at the moment.

That happened with my first order too. I switched to using an Amex card. I never had an issue with them yet. Knock on wood.
 
For those getting their ups updated recently, did you happen to get the processed but not available for shipping message from robo lady today?

OK, so here's what I know:

- New customer switching over from Verizon
- 5 lines processed on 9/15/14 @ 3:57pm PST
- all ip6+ [3 64gb (silver, gold, sg); 2 16gb (gold, sg)]
- robolady says order is being processed and is expected to be delivered by 9/22.
- Order status on tmobile website says, "Order placed"
- Just check UPS and shipping label has been created and it appears my Free(2-4 day shipping) has been upgraded to UPS Next Day Air Saver. My question is, should I expect my shipment tomorrow? Or does this mean shipping label has been created, but shipment is not in transit yet, so I should expect my delivery on Monday? Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone! This process has truly tested my patience!!!

ordered at store

i preordered 2 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 6+ at around 4pm est at a tmobile retail store. since then, i've never been able to check my order status with the order number provided on the mytmobile website. every time i check it says systems not currently available. i'm having to call-in to check status every time i would like an update.

anyone else who preordered in store and is facing the same problem? any workaround? i hate having to call or chat and bother the poor CS reps who never give a legit answer anyways

Which one are you going to man? I just went to the Gateway one and I was lucky enough to catch two employees walking out, I asked and he said they only have iPhone 6 for right now but they might get 6 pluses tomorrow
 
There are 5 UPS planes en route to Louisville. The last one lands 1:23AM EDT(where your phone can still make it out). So thats another 1 million iphones that are going to end up there in apprx. 1.5 hours. What do you guys think about are chances now?

I have only this as well and tmobile is telling me i will get the phone tomorrow, but i ordered very early on the 12tg

I used the billing number that's on the T-Mobile order status page. My dad added me to his family plan, you would think they would use my dad's number since he's the account holder but nope, it was the billing number. (Keep in mind I have a new line so I'm not sure about upgrades)

Having the same problem. Nothing. No info no nothing.
