Where are you new customers going to get the order status check chat option?
Yes. Changed to that message for me tonight.
My entire order was cancelled. Because Chase flagged fraud with T-Mobile as a merchant and blocked the charge. This is AFTER the preauthorization went through just fine.
I am beyond livid.
I had bought two phones and signed up with their highest tier plans. I have already sold my 5S which needs to be delivered tomorrow to the new owner. I am now forced to wait overnight at a freaking apple store and HOPE TO GOD I can spend $2000 and actually get my phones.
Just to recap: they cancelled my order just like that. 7 hours of trying to order in the early morning hours of 9/17 gone in a flash. They said they could get me the phones sometime in November.
Oh how kind.
This is after I received, in writing, the email I would be getting my phone tomorrow.
I hate everything quite a bit at the moment.

Just wondering how long it takes, on average, to port to TMO. I actually have quite a busy weekend and don't want to be w/o phone service for an extended period of time. I wouldn't mind so much as I'm sure it will be a busy weekend but thinking I should wait until Sunday to port over?

as soon as tmobile preauth mine at chase.. chase sent me an email within minutes asking if it was a real charge and i had to click yes maybe they tried to reach you and you didnt respond in time.. that is so messed up though good luck

Should be here tomorrow. Ordered 2 IPhones 6+ gold 64 GB on the t-mobile's site on the 12th at 11:30 AM PT. New customer to T-mobile and I can say after the initial fiasco which wasnt all T-mobiles fault they did deliver!

Tonight received my tracking info through order status on T-Mobile. So hopefully this gives hope to others. I didn't think I would receive them tomorrow.
OK, so here's what I know:
- New customer switching over from Verizon
- 5 lines processed on 9/15/14 @ 3:57pm
- all ip6+ [3 64gb (silver, gold, sg); 2 16gb (gold, sg)]
- robolady says order is being processed and is expected to be delivered by 9/22.
- Order status on tmobile website says, "Order placed"
- Just check UPS and shipping label has been created and it appears my Free(2-4 day shipping) has been upgraded to UPS Next Day Air Saver. My question is, should I expect my shipment tomorrow? Or does this mean shipping label has been created, but shipment is not in transit yet, so I should expect my delivery on Monday? Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone! This process has truly tested my patience!!!

i preordered 2 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 6+ at around 4pm est at a tmobile retail store. since then, i've never been able to check my order status with the order number provided on the mytmobile website. every time i check it says systems not currently available. i'm having to call-in to check status every time i would like an update.
anyone else who preordered in store and is facing the same problem? any workaround? i hate having to call or chat and bother the poor CS reps who never give a legit answer anyways

But it's worthless. Mine still just says "ORDER PLACED" even though I have tracking information direct from UPS My Choice now.
Same here, I had Chase contact me to ask if it was real, but then went through fine after.
