Los Angeles here. got all texts and emails but no tracking number. at a neutral milk hotel show but still checking haha! i'll worry about it if i have no info by the morning. status changed to processed but not yet shipped this afternoon anyway

Just wondering how long it takes, on average, to port to TMO. I actually have quite a busy weekend and don't want to be w/o phone service for an extended period of time. I wouldn't mind so much as I'm sure it will be a busy weekend but thinking I should wait until Sunday to port over?
 
My entire order was cancelled. Because Chase flagged fraud with T-Mobile as a merchant and blocked the charge. This is AFTER the preauthorization went through just fine.

I am beyond livid.

I had bought two phones and signed up with their highest tier plans. I have already sold my 5S which needs to be delivered tomorrow to the new owner. I am now forced to wait overnight at a freaking apple store and HOPE TO GOD I can spend $2000 and actually get my phones.

Just to recap: they cancelled my order just like that. 7 hours of trying to order in the early morning hours of 9/17 gone in a flash. They said they could get me the phones sometime in November.

Oh how kind.

This is after I received, in writing, the email I would be getting my phone tomorrow.

I hate everything quite a bit at the moment.

as soon as tmobile preauth mine at chase.. chase sent me an email within minutes asking if it was a real charge and i had to click yes maybe they tried to reach you and you didnt respond in time.. that is so messed up though good luck
 
I'm going to cry. Seriously, this has been the worst, most botched preorder I can ever remember. Still stunned that they cancelled my order and will do absolutely nothing to help me. I love their service but I absolutely hate T-Mobile as a company. Tried the CEO twitter and all that ****. Nothing. Nada.

What made me think they'd be any different then any other crappy carrier?

Does anyone think I even have a CHANCE at getting two 6 Plus phones tomorrow morning if I camp out now? Will they even let you get two?!

Should be here tomorrow. Ordered 2 IPhones 6+ gold 64 GB on the t-mobile's site on the 12th at 11:30 AM PT. New customer to T-mobile and I can say after the initial fiasco which wasnt all T-mobiles fault they did deliver!

If your referring to a number port, then it should be less then 24 hours. I've done it a few times, and its pretty quick.

Same here, I had Chase contact me to ask if it was real, but then went through fine after.

They automatically denied it. They did send me that email, but they said they had gone ahead and denied it, to protect me. WTF?!?!

Awesome for you, my order is similar. I guess I hold onto my hope since my card was preauthorized. If that falls off tomorrow though, to the store I go...
 
OK, so here's what I know:

- New customer switching over from Verizon
- 5 lines processed on 9/15/14 @ 3:57pm
- all ip6+ [3 64gb (silver, gold, sg); 2 16gb (gold, sg)]
- robolady says order is being processed and is expected to be delivered by 9/22.
- Order status on tmobile website says, "Order placed"
- Just check UPS and shipping label has been created and it appears my Free(2-4 day shipping) has been upgraded to UPS Next Day Air Saver. My question is, should I expect my shipment tomorrow? Or does this mean shipping label has been created, but shipment is not in transit yet, so I should expect my delivery on Monday? Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone! This process has truly tested my patience!!!

but this clearly show how faaakd-up TMO is... I feel totally betrayed! Jump or not pre-order early birdies totally getting screwed!!!!!

It usually does not take long but there may be a higher than average demand for number porting across all carriers throughout the weekend. Still, It should take no longer than an hour or two at the worst. 911 still works while you wait.
 
i preordered 2 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 6+ at around 4pm est at a tmobile retail store. since then, i've never been able to check my order status with the order number provided on the mytmobile website. every time i check it says systems not currently available. i'm having to call-in to check status every time i would like an update.

anyone else who preordered in store and is facing the same problem? any workaround? i hate having to call or chat and bother the poor CS reps who never give a legit answer anyways

Sometimes the system logs you out. It appears that you can enter your order number and ZIP, but it doesn't work. I just click on Phone link above and login again, then it seems to work!

But it's worthless. Mine still just says "ORDER PLACED" even though I have tracking information direct from UPS My Choice now.

Tried that but also stuck at order placed since 9/12 7:45 am est..there was a 'glitch' where even though i received confirmation that they got my signed eip, a rep had to manually confirm it two days ago...was then told that my order was listed as 'submitted' and not 'backordered' so it should ship the 19th..

Card listed as pending charged for full amount just earlier today, but haven't seen any movement or changes at all and ups cannot find the reference number. Never got any email or anything regarding status except for a few days ago when they said it was submitted.

Anyone in the same situation, I guess particularly with the manual release of the eip and the 'submitted' status?
 
Ugh, eff me sideways. I just got off with talking to a rep. And he claimed that no phones have been shipped out... despite what anyone on here says... and that he has no idea when I will be receiving mine. This is a bunch of malarkey.
