Ugh, eff me sideways. I just got off with talking to a rep. And he claimed that no phones have been shipped out... despite what anyone on here says... and that he has no idea when I will be receiving mine. This is a bunch of malarkey.

The rep is wrong. Many here have tracking numbers... just relax and be patient. You'll get your phone soon enough.

Yeah a woman tried to tell me that. No phones at all are even shipped till tomorrow. and I said how is everyone showing tons of tracking #'s then. How do they get to you ON release date if they're not shipped the evening/night before? They honestly all say a different thing every time I talk to them. Some just lie too to get you off the phone feeling happy.

I even had one woman today say they didn't even get phones yet from apple to ship that it wasnt their fault it was apples.
 
Got charged.. received an e-mail this morning from Tmobile saying I would receive my phone today.. my Status changed from Backordered to Pre-Order and now its back at backordered.

I still have holpsit will be here tomorrow thoughj!!
 
who in co has got tracking? i got all the email and txs for tomorrow card has not been charged not even preauth still here waiting kinda pissed im a 7am order mt on the 12th
 
Omg yesssss just called Robolady one last time before I gave up hope. All since Friday it said backordered then today at 4:16 PST it said processed awaiting shipment. Now it says shipped. I still have no tracking number.

Changed billing details just so the delivery would be sent to this location.

I fly back next Thursday and I hope to have something by then... I did try to cancel the order even when my card hasn't even been charged and they wouldn't let me? Reason so I could just go to the store and use my JUMP since its now used with the order I placed online.
 
Seems that, outside of getting an actual tracking number, the best course of action to take is sign up for UPS My Choice. You'll know right away if something is coming to your house tomorrow.

Man, I hope you're right. I still thought I ordered early enough, but I could be wrong. I was asleep when the website first came up...so...I got it through as soon as I could.

DUDE, absolutely. I totally empathize with u. Trust, I was up at 5am trying to put an order through, i think i just got lucky. I think I must've tried submitting 20+ orders that morning, and 1 of them happened to go through. I think the original time the order was received was at 8am PST, and then processed later on 9/15. I am not sure how that happened, but I know that I didn't place an order on 9/15.
 
I ordered a 16 gb plus space gray from a Tmobile store on the 14th and got the texts and email that I'll be receiving it on Friday via overnight shipping. No jump, on eip, paid for ground shipping. The last time I checked order history it said backordered and I haven't been able to get a tracking number on ups.

Keeping my fingers crossed but after reading this thread I'm losing hope :(
 
I ordered at 8:52 am on the 12th and my aunt ordered at 7 pm as a new tmobile customer and she is receiving her phones tomorrow while I still have no info !! I contacted cs and she told me she has no idea why my upgrade was put after her new lines because upgrades have priority over new customers.. :mad:

I think all Friday orders were first come-first served, but who knows?
 
It usually does not take long but there may be a higher than average demand for number porting across all carriers throughout the weekend. Still, It should take no longer than an hour or two at the worst. 911 still works while you wait.

Yeah, I figured it would take longer than usual. If I start it Friday night, I hope it'll be ready to go by Sat AM. I'm meeting up w/ friends at a street fair (in NYC) so you know how that can go. lol.

If your referring to a number port, then it should be less then 24 hours. I've done it a few times, and its pretty quick.

That's not bad but that's kind of a problem for *this* particular weekend if it takes 24 hours.
