Just checked ups mychoice and I'm getting it tomorrow. Next day shipping didn't even pay for next day. I had lost all hope. Located in PHX

Has anyone received shipping notifications or found tracking numbers without showing a charge on their card yet? I got the 9/22-9/30 text and email, and that's it. No charge, no change in order status from day one. I did a JUMP order on the 12th around 1:00p cst for a 6+ SG 64 gb. Between the text and no charge on my card, I'm confident I'm not getting a phone tomorrow, but I'm looking for a reason to hope.
 
Hoping someone can answer this before it gets lost in the "where is my plane" posts. lol.

Just wondering how long it takes, on average, to port to TMO. I actually have quite a busy weekend and don't want to be w/o phone service for an extended period of time. I wouldn't mind so much as I'm sure it will be a busy weekend but thinking I should wait until Sunday to port over?

I just ported my att line in today on my unlocked 5s while I wait for my 6+ (still no information at all from anyone on that). The port took approximately 2 hours. I left my att SIM card in until the phone disconnected. At that point I put in the tmo sim and everything worked.

This weekend will probably be slower though.
 
I ordered a 16 gb plus space gray from a Tmobile store on the 14th and got the texts and email that I'll be receiving it on Friday via overnight shipping. No jump, on eip, paid for ground shipping. The last time I checked order history it said backordered and I haven't been able to get a tracking number on ups.

Keeping my fingers crossed but after reading this thread I'm losing hope :(

Has your card been charged?
 
Lawls! I was getting teed off and then! I got an email from UPS with my tracking info about two minutes ago mountain time! There is still hope people!
 
Just spoke with my second CSR online and he said "Rest assured, you will definitely receive the device tomorrow. Once it ships, you'll be provided tracking information, but since it's coming tomorrow, you may well receive tracking information after already receiving the device."

None of that makes any sense, but everyone's telling me I'm getting it tomorrow so I'm going to trust these people whose names I can't pronounce simply because why not?
 
Ugh, eff me sideways. I just got off with talking to a rep. And he claimed that no phones have been shipped out... despite what anyone on here says... and that he has no idea when I will be receiving mine. This is a bunch of malarkey.

Just give up with the reps already. Its proven that we know more via this thread then they do.
 
Well the charge that the store placed on the 12th dropped off my card, and I'm going to assume that I'll be getting a new charge soon or I will become the spawn of Satan to exec tomorrow after all the bs they told me.

What super awesome reps are you talking to? They just keep telling me my device is backordered. Then, I ask both devices? Then they say yes, which I find VERY hard to believe.

No other communication from TMO since order verification.

I still haven't received a UPS MyChoice notification but I just checked UPS by reference and 2.5 lb package scheduled for delivery by 3pm tomorrow 1-day air

ok update got off the phone with a very nice lady......totally lied to me said apple would be mad at them if they shipped out before tomorrow lol and said that to take all the ppl posting tracking with a grain of salt cuz they can post what they want (poor lady was so sincere too!!) anyways the reason i was freaking out was cuz i hadent had a preauth on my card she said it was preauth and removed and to make sure balance is there for when it ships tomorrow just throwing it out there.. think i will be getting it tomorrow...at least i hope well see what happens
 
Yeah, I figured it would take longer than usual. If I start it Friday night, I hope it'll be ready to go by Sat AM. I'm meeting up w/ friends at a street fair (in NYC) so you know how that can go. lol.



That's not bad but that's kind of a problem for *this* particular weekend if it takes 24 hours.

When I meant 24 hours, I meant max as in worst case scenario. For me it was more within an hour or two, but then again, it wasn't during a high demand time such as this.

I don't know! Luck of the draw with the online support people, both of whom were very nice and refused to find any of my jokes or "lightening of the mood" language even remotely charming.
