Most recent tweet i got from @tmobilehelp was that all iPhone 6's ordered on the 12th are between 1-4weeks out and ALL iPhone 6+'s ordered were over 6 weeks out. This is complete ******** and John Legere is a jack*** for giving priority to the "Jump!" program. Like i said before it should be entirely first come first serve. I've never seen a pre-order ****** up so badly before in my life!

You've GOT to be kidding me.... What kind of PRE-ORDER is THAT???!??!

I know for SURE that within 6 weeks most of us could walk into a T-Mobile location and walk out with some version of a 6+....

What... No... I just did a new order on the iPhone 6 PLUS Gold, and it says it arrives on the 20th.... Which means the 19th, because I have a history of getting items 1 day before with expedite shipping.

Why are they forcing a purchase of a SIM starter kit? Can't I just put the one from my 5S into the 6 Plus? Are they just trying to get an extra $10 from everyone or is there something new about the SIM?

T-Mobile does this for all phones you buy from them, I don't get it. I bought from Apple and they don't charge you for the SIM.
 
Currently on the phone with a rep. I was told yesterday you can only JUMP online or in-store. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore.. Fingers xx

I just spoke to the rep told her what you said off Twitter. She said if you placed your order early enough it will ship by the 19th. If you placed them today etc it will be October 24th they will ship by.
 
I was able to purchase a 6+ and 3 6's for myself and the fam yesterday morning for T-Mobile. All are set to be delivered on the 19th.
 
Yep, 1-4 week delay FOR EVERYONE

Long time listener on this site, first time "caller." I'm pissed off enough that I actually joined MR to complain about T-Mobile.

I stayed up until 4:30 Friday morning to get my iPhone 6+. It was processed and confirmed. I got an email saying it was ordered. A $1 hold was placed on my credit card. When I checked out, it said that it would ship in 2-4 days (actually, it first said it would ship on the 14th). My order status was all okay and said the same thing.

Today I got a call from TM saying the order didn't fully process (BS!). But the rep said he'd give me courtesy overnight shipping if I re-submitted the order. Because my shipping address would change if it didn't arrive on the 19th, I asked him to ask his manager for a good estimate of the shipping date.

He came back and said that it wouldn't ship for 1 to 4 weeks. I asked if it was because they screwed up my order. He said absolutely not. He said his manager said that ALL orders placed after midnight on the 12th SHOULD HAVE said that there would be a 1-4 week delay. He claimed that it is what I should have seen when I ordered. He said that even if my order went through cleanly (IT DID!), I would have had to wait 1-4 weeks anyways.

So I canceled my order. MAYBE I'll consider trying to get one from a TM store, but I'm thinking they lost my business. I was going to be a new TM customer, because I like WiFi calling and the free music streaming. But, as I told the rep, it looks like TM is a not-ready-for-prime-time provider. Yeah, John Legere, you can suck it.

I order on the 12th in store at 9.45 eastern. I haven't gotten no shipping eta or dates. Just order processed then back order. I don't understand how people who order hours after come are getting eta's.... So frustrated

Jump or regular handset upgrade?

I don't think TMO's reps know any better and everyone is just speculating to get the customer off of the phone ASAP.

I've spoken to 3 different reps and one said ' 1 - 4 weeks.. and then everyone who pre-ordered before the 13th and is a JUMP customer gets free overnight shipping regardless of what option they chose... '

The second said ' All we can tell you is what's on your order status page '

The 3rd one said 'The pre-orders got sold very quickly, and we're just starting to receive new shipment today. The website status will be updated by tonight/early tomorrow and you're device will arrive at the assigned date '

So, basically... they don't know shyt!
 
You Can't use Jump over the phone. I was called by CS and told system was up and she would process my Jump order (yesterday)...big mistake!! Order is stuck in Awaiting Approval status. I signed docs while on the phone and emailed back. Received confirmation.

Now the bad news for me.... My order is still in Awaiting Approval/Order placed status. It will never complete and will be auto cancelled in 48-hours. That order will never process and Im stuck because I can't Jump due to order in process.

Second, if you try to Jump using Safari browser...you probably can't. Try using Firefox or chrome. If you click on Start Jump, it will tell you to come in to a store. The option to Jump online just does not show on Safari browser.

Third, if try to upgrade using other options, it will trick you into thinking you can upgrade using Jump. Instead it just a non-Jump upgrade and will probably get stuck like my order.

I have tried to upgrade since yesterday at midnight. Now Im told I can't upgrade until all the pending orders that are stuck auto cancel. They can't cancel them. It seems when the system was stuck yesterday it actually was creating orders. I have 6 pending awaiting approval orders. I never clicked on any button to submit order but some reason it created these orders.

Not a happy TMO customer.
