I don't think TMO's reps know any better and everyone is just speculating to get the customer off of the phone ASAP.
I've spoken to 3 different reps and one said ' 1 - 4 weeks.. and then everyone who pre-ordered before the 13th and is a JUMP customer gets free overnight shipping regardless of what option they chose... '
The second said ' All we can tell you is what's on your order status page '
The 3rd one said 'The pre-orders got sold very quickly, and we're just starting to receive new shipment today. The website status will be updated by tonight/early tomorrow and you're device will arrive at the assigned date '
So, basically... they don't know shyt!
I agree I don't think half of them know what they are really doing anyways.
I got into with one of the reps she claimed my order # I gave her wasn't mine and started getting really rude. When two other reps told me everything is fine. I don't get it. I think it's because they are in over their heads and don't know what to say or do.
