I don't think TMO's reps know any better and everyone is just speculating to get the customer off of the phone ASAP.

I've spoken to 3 different reps and one said ' 1 - 4 weeks.. and then everyone who pre-ordered before the 13th and is a JUMP customer gets free overnight shipping regardless of what option they chose... '

The second said ' All we can tell you is what's on your order status page '

The 3rd one said 'The pre-orders got sold very quickly, and we're just starting to receive new shipment today. The website status will be updated by tonight/early tomorrow and you're device will arrive at the assigned date '

So, basically... they don't know shyt!

I agree I don't think half of them know what they are really doing anyways.
I got into with one of the reps she claimed my order # I gave her wasn't mine and started getting really rude. When two other reps told me everything is fine. I don't get it. I think it's because they are in over their heads and don't know what to say or do.
 
T-mobile is now saying if you placed your order yesterday, iPhone 6 orders will arrive in 1-4 weeks, while Plus orders within 6 weeks.
 
Some friends of mine went to a Tmo store today and ordered 2-64g 6's. They had 9-19 shipping dates on their orders. I never got a shipping date when. Ordered in store yesterday.
 
I personally think so because you clearly asked him twice and he obviously doesn't know how to answer your question so he gave you a generic answer.

Right now if every t-mobile tower in the world exploded i could give a **** less. I woke up at 1:50 AM CST to order online. At 5:00 AM CST i had to leave for work so I called CS and sat on hold for 1hr only to start an order only be hung up on mid order. So I spent another forty-five ****ing minutes on hold place an order. I managed to get my order in just before or by 7:00 A.M. CST. So for John Legere to then give priority to the ****ing "Jump!" customers is complete ********. I paid outright for my iPhone 5s when I bought it last year and for doing this I am being penalized at this point. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sorry for the profanity but I'm really ****ing pissed off right now.

I doubt that's true that would affect them selling in the store as well. What will they sell then on the 19th then?

They probably have a quota set aside for B&M stores that will not be allocated to fulfill any pre-orders.

Just my opinion.
 
I made a screencast of what happened yesterday whenever I tried to order. The problem has been fixed, but it just goes to show you how incompetent T-Mobile is.

Basically, they wouldn't let you buy an iPhone if you weren't already an existing customer.

It's all about recurring $$$... JUMP is really free $10 per customer per line for TMO, and they're just using this to their advantage thru the 'limited open enrollment' BS to get you ahead in the line and milking the opportunity.

I was going to cancel JUMP until I saw this ' JUMP customers get priority ' message and decided to hold off for this month.

I agree it sucks for those who don't have JUMP but ordered very early.
 
Spoke to a rep who said everyones status should say back ordered because they haven't received the phones as of yet from apple.
 
the idiots in store didn't send me a EIP email to electronically sign. SO now I had to request one and my order just now is being processed. UGH

where is everyone seeing their estimated delivery dates? the rep on the phone told me i should have it on the 19th but i cannot find it online anywhere for myself. can someone post a link ?

Did you not get the option to electronically sign the EIP agreement right before the *Submit Order* button ?

My mom thought she would surprise me and preorder it for me after i didnt get one the first few hours, but the tracking website said that the EIP was pending approval, so I called t-mobile, had them send my the EIP, and then signed it. Now my order status went from "pending EIP approval" to "processing order", and I got the confirmation email now.
