Morning east coasters and campers. Never in my wildest dreams did I think a T-Mobile preorder thread would reach nearly 350 pages in a week
Lol, CC rep is telling me my order is pending and my EIP form expires today. So if the phone does not ship today, my order will be cancelled. Yay t-mobile
Well it definitely looks like I'm not getting my phone today.
Ordered 128GB iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray at 8:55am PST on 9/12 via JUMP. Order was placed into backorder at 2:59am PST on 9/13.
Got the text message and e-mail on 9/17 saying Friday delivery.
Credit Card was charged on 9/17 (still pending)
Got the text message on 9/18 saying Friday delivery.
T-Mobile site still lists Backordered, Robolady says processing.
Can't track via reference number or UPS My Choice.
I'm in Los Angeles.
I'm at a complete loss for words as to what is going on. I would have figured by now something would have shown up, otherwise there's no way it's happening today.

Did you try referencing your phone number without the dashes (I know t-mobile says to use them) but my status is exactly the same as yours and I have a tracking # with delivery today.
I've never tried it with the dashes. I've also been a UPS My Choice subscriber for years, it would show up there the moment it was shipped, and the only thing I see there is Amazon orders I have on their way.
Good news, my reference number finally works via UPS tracking! Iphone 6 is currently on route to CA, as of 4:40am. This is cutting it close so I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up tomorrow.

Don't give up hope guys, I did and now I AM getting my iPhone 6 today! My order still says being processed and not yet ready for delivery but I just tracked by reference number and it is on the truck to be delivered by 3:00 today. Don't give up hope, I ordered technically on saturday (past midnight) and I'm still getting it today (in Texas).
I have a feeling I'm not gonna get my phone because of an error the person in the store made. I thought if I can get the tracking number I can have it go to a store instead but it seems like my phone when it do ship I won't know til after the fact because t-mobile slow with sending updates smh. I knew I should have cancelled the order or the same day and just reordered smh a mess

Nothing. On the phone with the CS reps. Obviously not gonna help with anything but asking if I can cancel and go to store and order with JUMP. (I want to make sure the JUMP is cancelled at the store and I can do it all over again with the iPhone in place)
This might be the safest bet for some of us if you really want the phone today.
Just called T Mobile saying that my card was charged.. that I recevived a message saying I Should receive my phone today but no tracking info and web site shows my status as Pre-Order
The lady seemed to have no idea what she was saying.. she sounded nervous..
She said, your phone was shipped we just don't have a tracking number.. there is a possibility that you will receive your phone today..
In other words.. she has no idea of nothing and no.. I will not receive my phone today!!

dont give up hope. i was in the same position as you, and it showed up on mychoice around 5am, my time. (everything bolded matched my situation).
Mine is out for delivery right now.
How much does the cel-fi weigh??
We had a label generated and da man is sleeping. I wanna know if it's my phone or that!
