Don't know even when I check TMO site it says nothing about a tracking number or even that the phone has been shipped. I don't have any other packages coming so it has to be it. I also got the txt and emails saying it was coming. My guess is if you got those messages its coming.

Yup, everything went perfectly except the missing tracking number part. Text/E-Mails on 17th Check, Charge on 17th Check, Text on 18th Check, No Tracking number as of 5:20am PDT WTF!!

Well, found my wife's iPhone finally in UPS's tracking system. Sadly, nothing for mine. Was hoping that it shipped with hers, but I doubt 1.1lb is both an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 6+. :(

Same boat brother. Literally same exact thing. 6 is on the way; 6+ nowhere to be seen even though text/emails said both would be here.

Keep in mind that Magenta said that a lot of us will get phones before we get any type of tracking info or updates.

Rings true for my wife's 6. T-Mobile still claims it's backordered online and processing but not available for shipping over the phone.
 
I guess my only hope is that UPS' systems haven't updated but my phone is on a truck for delivery.

Seriously! I had paid for Next Day Air *and* received the email 2 days ago that I would be getting my phone today. My credit card still shows as pending and I have yet to receive my shipping info. I'm getting antsy, to say the least!
 
I'm in sunrise Florida and there plenty of iphone 6 . Went to Tmobile store and no lines but they don't have any plus only iPhone 6
 
Good news, my reference number finally works via UPS tracking! Iphone 6 is currently on route to CA, as of 4:40am. This is cutting it close so I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up tomorrow.

You'll get it. Norcal or Socal? Your phone's plane probably landed around 5 pacific. This is how they operate.

Placed an order for an iPhone 6+ 64gb Gold on T-Mobile's site on Fri, Sept. 12 evening (through the JUMP program).

As of right now, my credit card charge from T-MOBILE is still PENDING (I have a Discover CC btw).

I got the typical email/texts from T-Mobile saying that I would be getting it today (Friday).
But even until now, this is the MY.T-MOBILE.COM page view:

No mention of any shipment, tracking number, etc.

All of yesterday, I kept trying to use UPS's "Track By Reference" feature with my phone number. But I kept getting disappointed:

Yesterday evening, I also made a call to RoboB**** and she said that my order has been processed but not yet ready for shipment (this part made me the most worried).

This morning, I check the MY.T-MOBILE.COM page.. and still NO change..

Frustrated, I open up a new Chrome tab to check out UPS's site. I fill in my phone number at the "Track by Reference" section and...

Well... this is strange but... good?

Woke up this morning hoping for new information. So I looked at my bank account and noticed the charge for the phone was gone so I freaked out thinking it got canceled. Then I check UPS and look up tracking by reference and see that my phone is out for delivery.

So basically, the phone gets to me today but I don't have a charge on my CC. Maybe they will put the charge on my card again later, with the shipping fee gone?

Let's see!

ok so tmo website finally updated. It's my wife's 64gb silver 6. My 64gb silver Plus is not coming. I'm guessing lots of 64gb Plus models are high in demand.

Oh, and this is after we only received the text for 6 Plus friday. So there goes that theory.

Unless you ordered Gold. Either T-Mobile order a surplus of Gold models or no one really wants the gold model his year.

I will hold out for the brown and yellow!

Same here! The pending charge that has been on my account since Tuesday is gone; but I have UPS tracking say the phone is on the truck for delivery! And the t-mobile order status page says shipped!

Any other new customers have no ability to find their order in UPS? I wonder (hope) that it is because my phone number is new...still no update from T-Mobile's page, no emails from UPS...smh
