Ok, stupid question:

I have both a router and a 64 GB Space Gray Plus coming (sometime...)
When I track by reference on the UPS site, I am able to pull up the router's tracking info, but don't see anything else. If my iPhone was also coming, would the page indicate I had two shipments?

Yes. You should see the phone label if it is created. There is also the slight possibility it is created but UPS is just slow (which I see from my own experience).
 
Man this has been a journey to say the least. But out of nowhere i got shipping status last night on my-choice. I immediately had the 2 iphones held at the ups hub and went and picked them up this morning at 8:30! Mine is the 6 plus 64gb space grey and my wifes is the 6 plus 64gb gold. I am glad this journey is finally over! Good luck guys!


When did you order yours? Ordered the exact same thing at 4:21 AM pdt on the 12th and still nothing. Was even charged yesterday. Thought I maybe had something coming since I got a UPS My Choice notification but that's the new router.

Can you PM me your order number and zip code? Could use it when talking to a CSR.
 
Started to get nervous since I didn't get a tracking number or shipment notification overnight. Signed up with UPS MyChoice and used my phone number in the reference field. Should be delivered by the end of the day :D. Hope things start to work out for everbody.

After NO notification or updates from T-Mobile on their side (email, text, nada!!!), and getting rather concerned that even at 1AM, no shipping label had been created, I just checked UPS (for the 100th time) and searched by my cell number:

Didn't wake up until 8:45 and got my tracking number. By then, it was already out for delivery. Wish I'd gotten it sooner so I could just go pick it up.
 
Why would anyone ever waste all that money paying extra for an unlocked device? You can go to releasemycode.com and pay $50 for a carrier unlock I'm sure soon they will have it for the iPhone 6 to

Either way you pay the same amount for the phone. Either all up front or in payments over 24 months. I prefer paying up front.

Look at your my choice calendar for deliveries. Bet it shows Monday just like mine :(
 
To robobitch's credit, when she was telling me processing but not yet ready for shipment - my UPS tracking shows that's true haha.

But the problem is UPS tells me it will be here today and she's still telling me processing. So do not be alarmed. She's a bit overwhelmed and needs to catch up.
 
I'm mad...really mad. My card has the auth, I got ALL the emails and texts saying expect it today + expect a tracking number...NOTHING absolutely nothing. Did the track by phone number. CS person told me yesterday you'll probably get it before you get a tracking number from us
 
I've had an absolute nightmare trying to switch to T-Mo and get a new iPhone. I ended up actually emailing the CEO I was so upset. I'll spare the details, but FINALLY got help from someone pretty high up.
Other than being told last saturday that my order was complete (no way to look it up, check the order, or check status though) I have heard NOTHING. No email, text, shipping info, tracking info, nothing! I usually get UPS my choice alerts the day before a delivery, but again nothing.
On a whim, I logged into my UPS this morning and still no alerts, BUT when I look at calendar view I see a package, coming TODAY, from T-mobile in Kentucky. So…check your MY UPS, you might be pleasantly surprised.
For all I know, that package is just my SIM card for my second line or a cease and desist letter from John Legere, but it says "1.2 pounds" so I'm hoping there's an iPhone 6 Plus in there, too :D

For what it's worth, the last word on shipping I was told on the phone was that it would be shipped on the 19th and take 2-4 days.
 
To track your order WITHOUT knowing your tracking number:

1. Go to http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PriNav

2. Select "Track by reference".

3. In the Shipment Reference field, type your t-mobile 10-digit number without spaces or dashes.

4. Enjoy.
 
New customer - ordered regular 64 Silver & regular 64 Gray on the 12th and nothing. I've called, checked UPS and checked my order page. No e-mails.

Anybody know if I can cancel my online order if the local store has them in stock?

It doesn't seem like these models are the tough to get ones so I don't get it...
 
Well folks, I'm officially jumping ship to VZW. This whole iPhone 6 debacle has pushed me over the edge that I've been tiptoeing on for a few years now.

After 10+ years with TMO, I think I'm finally ready to pay $20 more a month to have improved coverage. Not having an iPhone on the release date isn't even an issue to me--I can be patient and wait. But if you tell me repeatedly that my phone will be delivered today (which they did), then please stay true to your word. If you tell me that my bank account being charged (which it has) means that my phone has been shipped, then let that be true. That CLEARLY isn't the case. I have no tracking info and customer service just told me that they don't know what's going on with my order. WHAT?!

I'm not even mad about this whole order--just disappointed. I'm disappointed that I've stuck with this company for so long only to see them screw up the biggest phone launch in their history. Seriously, how do they expect to ever SERIOUSLY compete with the big dogs of the industry? Even for the folks who are getting their phones today, ask yourself how ridiculous this entire pre-order process was. It blows my mind that a company can keep so many people in total darkness about the status of their order. Hell, I still don't know when to expect my phone even though I got the text that it would arrive today. How is that good business?

Just treat me like the grown ass man that I am. If I'm not going to have my phone, tell me that and I'm good. But don't assure me that you will deliver the product that I'm paying you for and then not come through. And DEFINITELY don't tell me "I don't know" when I call you up to inquire about said product that you assured me I would have today.
