I'm in the same boat. Don't think we will get them today. Most likely Monday.

Only chance we get them, is that UPS tracking is SEVERELY backed up, which I find doubtful.

 I figured, it should be on the truck by now.

Well, Monday's better than next month.

Hey guys:

My phone came this morning.

I've been using your info to help figure out what was likely to happen with my order, so here are my details:

silver 128GB 6+

Order date: 09/12/2014 at 04:09 AM PDT

Non jump; new customer

Robolady said back ordered until last night when she changed to "Processing but not ready for pickup"

Online status said "Order placed" up until last night when it switched to "Order status: Being Processed"

Had original pre authorization on account last Friday until it fell off a few days later. Then another pre authorization for the cost less shipping was placed Wednesday night on the same card again.

Got an email saying to expect Friday delivery a few nights ago.

Never got a UPS label.

Good luck fellas

Did you see anything on your MyChoice delivery planner?

Also - I saw people mention their backorder date changed? Mine hasn't. I wonder what that means?

Getting an iPhone 6 now from the T-Mobile store and will return it once my Plus comes in, which I have no idea when that will be since I still have yet to have my card charged.

Can't stay, they've wasted too much time. I'm more of an Apple fan than a TMo fan. I'm on Long Island in NY and while most places have good service I get really weird spotty coverage in places where it just doesn't make sense. I'll randomly pull my phone out of my pocket and have no service.

Plus AT&T pricing is now really competitive with a much bigger data allowance than we'll use (10GB for 2 phones, 1 iPad) for $140/mo, it's about the same as what we pay w/TMo - maybe $10/mo which will be easily worth it if the CS team is at least responsive and the coverage is only slightly better. Having had an AT&T iPad before I know the coverage around here is great, so it was an easy decision for me after the pre order screw up.

TMo, call me when your carrier grows up.

Yeah but AT&T never would have done that if T-Mobile had not pressured them. AT&T is only getting better price wise because of T-Mobile. That leadership team was quite comfortable selling services for way more than they could, and T-Mobile is all about giving more and more for the same or less. So while things are better now, you can be confident that AT&T will only make changes that help the customer if they have to.

SO irritated...........

NO UPS Tracking
But I get an email that i will be delivered today. I dunno what to make of this.

I have a tracking number (found by reference) but no updates and an expected delivery date of Saturday by noon. I got the text and email stating it should arrive today. This whole experience has been a bit frustrating. Debating about calling T-Mobile after the day is over and complaining.

He's responded to lots of folks here (and supposedly called a few too) and hes on Twitter all the time (or someone from his Executive Response team).

But if he takes up your cause (and yours is legitimate), they'll assign a response team member to resolve your situation.

John.Legere@t-mobile.com

Good luck with that. I emailed him yesterday - nothing. Tweeted him today, got sent to @tmobilehelp, who are very polite and cheery (they have more patience than I do, certainly), but have no more/better info than the phone reps.

I'm starting to wish I hadn't ordered the router too, since that shows up when I track by UPS reference, giving me false hope every time I check.

The details:

Ordered 7 PM Eastern on 9/12
2 x 16gb iPhone 6
1 x 64gb 6+

Fully expected it to be back ordered. Was surprised when my card was hit for the charge earlier this week.

No email, no text, can't track on t-mobile because I'm a new customer porting in from AT&T. Can't track on MyChoice because we just moved and our phones don't match the address.

The dagger in the heart....

10 minutes ago both a Fedex and a UPS truck came to my street, delivered to neighbors, and then left without stopping at my house :-(

They only give you 14 days to take it back and there's a $50 restocking fee.

P.s. If you buy in store you gotta buy up to $70 worth of accessories so like a phone case and car charger or extra wall charger in order to buy the iphone. Just lettin y'all know.

I'm in south western Nassau county, lovely place this time of year lol...

Competition will always do that, if it wasn't going to be TMobile it would have been someone else that forced the bigger carriers to blink.

Smaller carriers offer more to become bigger carriers, it's just the way it goes. This industry has been in constant flux since the 90s and probably will only get better as more carrier's compete for consumer business.

At the end of the day they all make far too much money to think they're really being cool to any of us. If they were cool, they'd start from the bottom and put a modest markup on their goods and services and we'd all pay a fair price for it, but they don't, so we'll switch around like kids running between candy stores with .50 in their pocket looking for the best deal on some bubble gum.

meysell from collected animals? "the feeling store" here! good luck, i'm still waiting for mine up in SF.

hey! switching between both forums right now hah there's some stuff going on in the greaper thread and it's helping to pass the time until UPS maybe shows up

Im starting to panic now.

Hey man, if you're really starting to panic over a phone, you might want to talk to someone. There are lots of things you can do to take your mind off of this. Getting your phone isn't going to make you a happy person - it's just a material thing after all.

Don't work yourself up so much over this. I still don't have my phone either. I'm in the same boat as you. You have a whole life ahead of you. This particular phone is only going to be part of your life for a couple years. Do you think this is the last time you'll be disappointed? Life isn't fair sometimes, but it's ok. That's why we have friends and family.

Called it quits last night around midnight with roboloady still saying "processing" and no ups tracking. Woke up and it's out for delivery. Looking at the UPS history, it was processed at 5:08am (assuming kentucky time) and got from Kentucky to the Bay Area and out for delivery by 7:18AM PST. Pretty dang fast, that's practically same day delivery.

I must be one of the few that have had a relatively smooth experience. Not one rep I talked to in the past week has told me anything other than a friday delivery date, including the rep that took my order on day 1. Communication via their online tools is spotty (order status still says "pre-order"), but otherwise they've kept their word.

This is their first major iPhone launch so I suspect they'll have the issues ironed out on the next go-around.

i'm starting to believe that i wont get the phone today.
received text and email saying it was but.. card has not been charged..

never pre-ordered before, all my other phones have been android and i would just walk to the store and get it!

definitely a disappointment and ive been with T-mo for close to 10 years.

I have OCD, and get obsess with stuff and can't take my mind off it. I know it's just a stupid phone.
