For the so cal folks. I finally found my tracking details after logging into my UPS choice account. It left KY at 3:49 AM this morning. Out for delivery. Good luck y'all.

Yep. I ordered both an iPhone and a router, both are coming from Kentucky.

Yeah T-Mobile has had problems. They've said sorry 2 million times too. CEO is even responding to tweets, emails, and calling people. They started sending out texts and emails to communicate better which they've NEVER done with my pre-orders before. So they are trying. The problem is this simply cannot be "fixed" in 7 days. On top of that you have this massive impatient community calling them 5 times a day, thrashing their web systems, etc. Heck I saw earlier one person on these forums called to get status even though they knew their order was out for delivery. This doesn't help the situation.

I do feel sorry for the people that have to have this phone so bad that they are going to a different company. I would take my screwed up iPhone order any day over being with AT&T again. T-Mobile screwed up, they are trying to fix it, and they have a great track record over the last 2 years of fixing all their mistakes. If you don't think this one is going to get fixed you aren't paying attention to this company under Legere.

I agree! I didn't get my iPhone 64GB Space Grey this morning. I began to freak out but, I had to pull it in. At this point it's pretty much out of our hands. Options seem to be limited anyway. Might as well stick to the devil we know.

Online status said "Order placed" up until last night when it switched to "Order status: Being Processed"

Had original pre authorization on account last Friday until it fell off a few days later. Then another pre authorization for the cost less shipping was placed Wednesday night on the same card again.

Got an email saying to expect Friday delivery a few nights ago.

Never got a UPS label.

Iphone 6+ 128gb space Grey, ordered 11am launch day. Next day shipping. Got all texts/emails it should be coming today. However. No charge. No UPS tracking. No nothing. And Robo lady is saying processed but no info available. I'm In AZ. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Almost identical situation here. Ordered at 8:55am PDT 9/12, 6+ 128gb Space Grey, both text's and e-mail saying Friday delivery. No tracking number, CSR says no tracking number (after I had to give them the order #, as they only found some other order that was cancelled). Yet people who ordered later are / have gotten their phones? All I would appreciate is some honesty from T-Mobile. I did get a tweet response from John Legere, but he told me to speak with @TMobileHelp who told me to DM them but didn't follow me.. It's mistake after mistake after mistake.. :mad:
 
I just called my T-Mobile and they told me they didn't even get any phones in stock I could come into store and order them and I'll be overnighted in 1 to 2 days and another store said they only have 6 in stock no 6+ go figure
 
its such a different feeling being on the "outside" of this thread. i feel for the folks who dont have a scheduled delivery date this weekend
 
I feel like I am going to go back to bed lol. Less tmobile problems when your asleep all I have to worry about is nightmares that tmobile has caused me lol
 
Can't stay, they've wasted too much time. I'm more of an Apple fan than a TMo fan. I'm on Long Island in NY and while most places have good service I get really weird spotty coverage in places where it just doesn't make sense. I'll randomly pull my phone out of my pocket and have no service.

Plus AT&T pricing is now really competitive with a much bigger data allowance than we'll use (10GB for 2 phones, 1 iPad) for $140/mo, it's about the same as what we pay w/TMo - maybe $10/mo which will be easily worth it if the CS team is at least responsive and the coverage is only slightly better. Having had an AT&T iPad before I know the coverage around here is great, so it was an easy decision for me after the pre order screw up.

TMo, call me when your carrier grows up.

Pretty much mirror image to my experience. My 6+ 64 is on its way from the PHX dist center to the Mesa depot. I've requested they hold it. I hope they do so I don't have to sit at home waiting for the brown truck.
 
I see a UPS label created with 3.4lbs weight. I am assuming this is the router but it is coming from T-MOBILE LDC UPGRADE LOUISVILLE, KY, US

could it be the phone? label created on 9/18, scheduled for delivery on 9/22 via UPS Ground.

iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold, ordered at 5:47am on 9/12 via phone, EIP, non JUMP. Card charged on 9/18.

I am in the exact same boat with the router delivery on Monday. 6+ is supposed to arrive on Friday based on Tmo email.

I know it's just a simple iPhone 6 preorder, but the one thing I'll add is this... I signed up for Jump!, and made monthly payments for the benefit to get a new iPhone annually, and to get some sort of priority. That is what is irritating me the most.
