T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I'm so done with TMo. I had called last night to our local store & they told me they would have the 6+s in. Sweet. I would go in, cancel my preorder (that I had done on the 12th), and just get the phone then. Simple.

So I go to the store and wait 3 hours... as I walk in, "Oh sorry. We won't be carrying the iPhone 6+." Are you serious?

So I'm annoyed with all of this. My parents have their shipping date as the 26th, while I have nothing... and ordered before them.

This is lame.

got the iphone 6 in hand at 8am this morning at a tmobile store and its honestly the perfect size. (got it for my sister) now im just waiting on my 6+ to get here. Its gonna be a huge phone guys! Lol

If the card wasn't charged then you're likely not getting it today.

Don't work yourself up so much over this. I still don't have my phone either. I'm in the same boat as you. You have a whole life ahead of you. This particular phone is only going to be part of your life for a couple years. Do you think this is the last time you'll be disappointed? Life isn't fair sometimes, but it's ok. That's why we have friends and family.

Has anyone actually confirmed that T-Mo is using FedEx too? I see people checking both but has anyone actually seen a shipment on FedEx?

Yeah I held the iPhone 6 and it's so nice, the screen looked nice too!
 
Everyone breathe easily - I ordered my 6 on 9/14 and it's coming today. Everyone on 9/12 for a 6 should be fine...

New customer, non-JUMP. Had to use reference number to get a tracking.
 
We'll just called RoboLady again and my status hasn't changed, haven't been charged, still no email/text. I guess no phone for me today. I guess I just wait for it to show up, will post when it arrives. Thank you to everyone for posting.

Don't worry i ordered the same exact phone as you and i didn't get anything and i ordered at 4:50am. Honestly i really haven't seen too many people ordering that phone maybe they just haven't gotten them in or something idk. i think I've seen 1 or 2 people say they've been charged for the one we ordered. we just gotta sit tight for a lil bit i don't think it should take longer than a week.

I understand too but I'm pretty sure he's at school right now but finds time to post on here constantly. Just pay attention in class, wait until school is over, and maybe you'll have some info after school.
 
No Heads-Up

New customer bringing two lines over from Verizon.
Pre-ordered iPhone 6+ (64gb) in silver and space grey
Pre-order went through on 9/12 at 6:30am. (Los Angeles) Non Jump
No text messages
No emails
No updates to status which stayed at "Order received".
No updates from ROBOlady.
Funds are still pending at bank.

Received an email this morning saying that my order was shipped yesterday. UPS has it currently out for delivery. This is the first and ONLY contact and update I had from T-Mobile since placing my pre-order.

Wow I just realized how stupid I'm acting. It will come when it comes, and freaking out won't help. Turning off my phone now

Because managers at tmobile stores have insight into supply chains of their competitors. I doubt the carriers let that data leak out.
