I got the text, but no email, order status is still backordered.
But there is a UPS label! Not sure if it is the two iPhone 6+ 64 SPG or my cellspot router!

Package weight is 3.4lbs, too heavy for 2 iphones?

3.4lbs has been for the router.

I got the same exact status. I paid the $25 for overnight but it says my shipping is ground...,
 
Woot woot! My phone is on it's way to my office now! *dance dance dance* I had zero info, no emails, no nothing- except the tmobile order status website gave me a tracking number! Oh happy day!
 
I have a ups label shipping created for 9/19 and says expected delivery is Monday ugh. Anyone get todays delivery who had their label created 9/19?

Try going to the Track Tab of UPS.com then search by reference and enter your cell number. That's how I found my details. T-Mobile still hasn't been updated. They have really dropped the ball on this whole pre-order even a week after their first mistake!

You cancelling your order is idiotic. Why would you blame T-Mobile?
 
Checked my UPS My Choice and a shipping label was created late last night and expected delivery is today even though theres no updates besides ready for UPS, I'm in Phoenix AZ
 
Tried everything on UPS tracking. Used my number without dashes, with dashes..Used the primary account holder's phone number with and without dashes. NOTHING! I'm still hoping for a today-delivery given that this has happened to me before on some orders where UPS tracking number came after the product had been delivered :). Fingers crossed!
 
so all night i was checking my order status, showed backorder all night...just checked and it's showing my phone has shipped, checked tracking it's already on the truck and on its way...been a troubling experience with this preorder
 
Can I cancel a pre-order without having to pay a restocking fee? I don't even see the option to cancel it online since it's still processing...

The store rep today gave me free next day shipping but I don't think it's gonna ship any time soon... and was wondering what would happen if I just cancel the pre-order altogether

My order said the same (pre-order√ backordered 3am) up until about an hour ago. My phone has been out for delivery since 4am. They updated about an hour or so ago to "completed" and finally provided tracking on the site but no text notification.

Additional benefit - while waiting in line for 4 hours, I chatted with a few people that were signing up for new service.... Referred them.... Score unlimited data for a year!

No more pre-ordering fiascos for me. Going to the store from now on.

Spoke with the exec team that's helping me and she keeps telling me that Monday would be the absolute latest I would see the phone and I should be seeing it today and I probably just won't be getting a tracking number. So great, now I get to wonder if i can leave my house and not miss the UPS driver -_-

If you were a new customer did you have to call and get the new number for your line because I added a line and don't have the new number yet
