Try going to the Track Tab of UPS.com then search by reference and enter your cell number. That's how I found my details. T-Mobile still hasn't been updated. They have really dropped the ball on this whole pre-order even a week after their first mistake!

That's very helpful, thanks. I hadn't received a tracking number yet from T-Mobile but doing that I can see that my phone is out for delivery. Now if it was only going to me directly instead of an address across the country (family plan, account billing address is not mine), that'd be more exciting. Instead I'll wait until sometime next week when it gets shipped to me for real. :)

I can wait, I don't have to have the phone this very second.
 
T-Mobile is something else. I'm at Starbucks about 2 miles from my house, I call Robobitch and I get the same thing "order processing but not yet available for shipment". I open Safari to get some work done and I see the order status page is there from earlier this morning. I refresh it just for kicks and it reads SHIPPED and there's a goddamn UPS tracking number. I click the UPS tracking number and it's on vehicle for delivery!

I practically sprinted back to my house and now I'm waiting on UPS to arrive.

BTW I ordered a 64GB Gold iPhone 6 9/12 by phone at around 7:45AM ET. I'm upgrading my line, but I'm not a JUMP subscriber. I never received an email or text stating my phone was coming today either.

Hey guys,

So I figured I'll chime in and give you guys what happened to my order. This should give you guys some hope.

Ordered an iPhone 6 128 GB (gold) and an iPhone 6 64 GB (Gold) on Friday morning 7.45 am ET. Got the EIP email and signed it the same day. Non-Jump customer.

Jump prioritization thing happened and called to check when I will get my phone on Saturday. They said it should ship on 19th, I should get it on 20th (free next day upgrade for everyone on the preorder).

Checked the status of the order again on Tuesday and they said I should get mine on the 19th. They 'verified' it and everything.

Got the text message/email on Wednesday night saying wait 1-2 business days for order update. Called again to get an update and after long convos, found out they have no idea where my phone is but they know it is being processed.

I should point out that I have never been able to check the order status for this specific order online and thats why I kept calling.

I didnt find out about the robolady on the phone until yesterday evening so I tried her a few times and every time I heard "order is being processed but not yet ready for shipment."

I checked UPS reference tracking several times over the last two days and got nothing.

My credit card was charged on the 16th for the downpayment amount for approx. $450.

When I had my peace with the fact that I'm probably not gonna get my phone until next week or probably a few weeks from now, I receive an email from UPS My Choice this morning.

Package scheduled for delivery tomorrow!

I called robolady again to see what she says and still got the "order is being processed but not yet ready for shipping" message.

I would say the best way to know whats happening with your order right now is to sign up for UPS my choice since T-Mobile's system is screwed up.

Well I went to my local store and was able to get a 64gb space gray iPhone 6. Some family was waiting for the iPhone 6 plus since midnight and they didn't have none. They got zero iPhone 6 plus.only limited amount of iPhone 6. I was 8 in line.!!!! :)

This sucks. I got nothing but texts saying it's coming today.

I did and I have a shipping label. Just no further progress since this morning

I refuse to put my family through that ordeal. It was made clear the TMO stores would not carry the Plus for launch. Even if they did it would be very very limited.

haha ive been checking UPS every 10 mins lol, I also tried to sign up for my choice, but for some reason my address is recognized as commercial so it wont let me

I got the text, but no email, order status is still backordered.
But there is a UPS label! Not sure if it is the two iPhone 6+ 64 SPG or my cellspot router!

Package weight is 3.4lbs, too heavy for 2 iphones?

I got the same exact status. I paid the $25 for overnight but it says my shipping is ground...,

Hopefully it's the iPhone not the router since its shipped from Tmobile Upgrade

BTW I paid $6.99 for the iPhone shipping.

Anybody with the 1-2d get anything? I'm getting the generic run-around from tmobile phone support, twitter, even "the Legere" himself. Pretty much a "we'll let you know when we let you know."

At the very least, I'd like to know why orders taken after mine are arriving today and a ballpark of when I can expect mine.
 
UPS shows nothing still and I have a feeling my day will be spent refreshing tabs and peering out the window willing the UPS guy to materialize at my door.

I haven't gotten charged or anything yet. And I spoke to CS last night and she said I should be getting my phone today. She's doing a follow up call with me today and if I don't get it, IMA LOOOOOSEEEEE IITTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called CS just now and mentioned the same. NO charge. No label. Ordered Friday, got the texts saying it would be here today.

They assure me, "They're shipping so fast, some don't have labels. If you got the text that you'd have it today, you should have it today." Let's hope 'Tim' is right.

I've never heard of something being delivered without a label before...
