Hey enjoy.

To everyone else has it been signature required? Now I'm a little concerned that I see some people got a package but no signature was required. I'm out of town. My phones in the past have always required a signature.

I have no tracking number online or UPS so I doubt it is coming, but I did get a text and email saying it would be to my house on Friday.
my was signature required…the doorman signed for it

It's kind of weird. I chatted to T-Mobile Help and they gave me a mobile number I don't have any idea about. He said it's the number of the new iPhone I ordered and I can use it to track my order. Which makes sense because I am an existing customer who didn't do JUMP. I added a new line so i'm expecting a SIM to go with my order.

But basing on the DM sent by @TMobileHelp, they said I don't have any shipping information yet with regards to my order and will be notified once the device ships.

Now, why would they give me a new mobile number for the iPhone when it hasn't even shipped yet? My card was charged a couple days ago but the charges also also dropped yesterday. It went back into my account.

This is ridiculous! I don't know what to think anymore!

My 9/12 order just flip flops from *pre-order* to *backordered* every 5 mins....it's like perpetual musical chairs..

Direct from a T-Mobile Rep (take this with a grain of salt)

"T-Mobile's agreement with UPS for Next Day shipments DOES NOT include Saturday Delivery, and there is no way to add this to a shipment".
Umm....

This iPhone 6 preorder and launch absolutely proves that tmobile usa needs a major revamp on the way they handle their orders as well as their inventory. Throughout the years we've seen competitors such as sprint, att & Verizon add shipping features such as pick up @ store, online check of a Phone availability at a store of your preference, etc... It's pretty obvious that tmobile is still stuck in the 90's when it comes to logistics. I hope they learn their lesson and next year's iPhone release goes smooth.

UPS packages from T-Mobile (in my past orders) require no signature. Toss and go!

Help

Any one ordered on the 13th received there tracking/email confirmation/ delivered?

I ordered the + 16gb gold. wife has been very impatience. new customer.

called CS to see if i could get a tracking number or something just to be able to figure out my plans for the day and the dude on the other line basically pushed me off the line with the "9/19 emails are an error" and "it's backordered" lines even when we know that isn't true. can't track by reference either :( kinda tired of dealing with this corporate mess/being at the mercy of a website today, i'm just gonna close the window and let it happen when it happens

I wonder why I don't have Saturday Delivery. I was promised delivery today... It's showing the same thing as you however Monday delivery. I also paid the extra $25 for overnight shipping.

Some areas don't even have a Saturday delivery option available from UPS. That could be why.

Just went by a T-Mobile store to see about canceling my preorder. Unfortunately, if you've already signed the EIP and it's been authorized, it can't be done. He let me listen to the automated message. The message also said that another batch will be sent out on Sept 21st and will be OVERNIGHTED. The batch after that will be going out on Sept. 26 and will be standard shipping unless otherwise specified in the order.

I hope he is abroad working on REAL PROBLEMS - spectrum auctions, network expansion, etc. This iPhone problem is a bunch of impatient people showing how spoiled we can be.

3 billion dollars in bonds were just sold, you have companies trying to buy T-Mobile (Iliad, Dish), the company cannot stop for the iPhone. That would be a horrible CEO.

Keep in mind in all of this he is still contacting people all night on twitter, email, etc. Tim Cook went out for a photo op this morning.

That's the first problem, the real problem will also be the customer, always. Without them, the bonds, potential buyouts, etc. none of it matters.

That's what Apple does so well and why we're all here and in my 4 months with TMo, what they don't do very well at all.

You can't start shooting from the hip when you're 4th out of 4 in terms of US cell companies.

Tim Cook only had to go for a photo op b/c he has his house in order. If JL showed up at a T Mo this AM, people would be like, Where's my pre order? What's up with the status? blah blah blah, it would have been a crappy time.

Yes same here I was promised by t-mobile to get it on Friday and now got Monday delivery and still waiting for my tracking update

I totally got the shaft! Pre ordered early Friday morning and heard nothing back until my order randomly got cancelled without notice. Had to do a new order. Won't be getting anything until 10/10. New customer trying to give t-mobile my business but they're making it difficult!

Well hopefully I get a lable with Monday on it, or somehow the phone shows Up today

Got there text and emails saying my phone would get delivered today but never had tracking number. Walked into my local T-Mobile store they have the exact phone in stock. Canceling my online order and getting it in store now. Good luck to everyone its been real

OK, UPS My Choice is actually showing me a scheduled delivery date (even though tracking it normally doesn't). Right now it's scheduled for Monday, 9/22 by 10:30am. (The "by 10:30am" bit is odd… usually it's by 8pm.)

No Saturday delivery from UPS in my neck of the woods. Now I just need to decide if I want to just have them hold it for me Monday to pick up since I can't stay at home…

Looks like they're paying for AM delivery. With all the **** that's gone down, T-Mobile is trying to make it right as much as possible. Gotta give 'em credit where credit is due.

That's great news. Hopefully that's for people who ordered online instead of this rumored store priority thing.

JUMP orderer here who got the 9/22-9/30 text and email about my iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Silver.

If I walked into a T-Mobile retail store this afternoon, what are the odds I could...

- Cancel my iPhone 6 Plus JUMP preorder
AND
- Walk out with an iPhone 6 using JUMP

???

Yeah-- I'm not complaining. It's been a roller coaster:

Order processed confirmation on 8/12 said "estimated delivery of 9/29"

Delivery estimate disappeared early in the week.

Wednesday I got an e-mail / text saying I'd get it on Friday

Today it's looking like "Monday 9/22". Haha. All over the board! All I know is that it's not 3-4 weeks. I'm fine with this.
