From what I've read... 0% since you can't cancel the pre-order.

Not possible. I just tried that and if you signed the EIP and it was authorized, it can't be done or it would affect your ability to Jump! In the future. Thats what the internal T-Mobile store line said when I tried to do it.

My exact situation. I've been told you CAN do that, but that the JUMP may take up to 72 hours to roll through, so the store may not be able to process it. Total risk. I'm just waiting.

Probably somewhat good.

Thanks, all. Not gonna risk it.

Ok, I got my issue solved. If you recall, I went into a store on Sept. 12, preordered, they had to call me back at 7 pm EST (I went in at noon), and they put in the order. Soon after, still 9/12/14, I only received 2 emails: a copy of my e-signed EIP (via JUMP!) email confirmation, and a order placed/pending email. Nothing else, and from there, not even T-Mobile couldn't find my order when I went to check it out on My T-Mobile (nothing there about my order).

Earlier, I went to the store and they said they would have to wait 24 hours to cancel it for the EIP to work for JUMP! Convoluted and confusing? YES. I went home, called another store, and the manager there said, "Oh the store you went to, to place your preorder, that's not corporate. We're corporate. If you can't find your order online, and neither can customer service, they may have ordered it differently."

I went back into the store and sat down with the manager. He went onto my account, confirmed it wasn't there, and since it's not corporate (but looks like it), he had to call someone within T-Mobile. He didn't give up and within an hour, canceled my previous order (iPhone 6, space gray, 64GB) and sold me a S.G. 128GB iPhone 6.

The 24 hours EIP cancellation is still in effect, but he knew something screwy happened on their end, so he let me walk out with the new device (sucker's big, and it's not the Plus), and tomorrow afternoon, I'll go in, pay the down payment and get my paperwork. He did that due to my problems earlier with the preorder.

If you have had any problems like me, no idea where the preorder is, and you went into a store (and no emails or texts saying it's back ordered, etc.), it could be a non-corporate store, and their system did something weird.

Thanks for letting me vent earlier!

So after 11 hours of being able to track my shipment on ups.com by reference #, tmobile just sent me a text with my tracking number lol...

Glad you got that worked out!

I'm beginning to wonder what or who I have to sacrifice to get my phone.

9/12 - iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Grey, ordered 8:55am PDT, received signed EIP copy, got e-mail confirmation of order
9/17 - Got text saying Friday, got e-mail saying Friday, Credit Card was Authorized for the proper amount
9/18 - Got text saying shipping today overnight
9/19 - Still nothing. Site says backorder. UPS My Choice shows nothing from T-Mobile. UPS Track By Reference number says nothing found.

I've spoken with @TmobileHelp via twitter (through Legere), I've spoken with Customer Support via phone, and I've heard so many different stories that I don't know what to believe anymore.

Since the beginning this has been a nightmare.. I got up at 2:30am on the 12th, kept trying to do a Jump pre-order (spoke to customer service at 5:30am, was told to wait on Site or go to Store), at 8:50 when JUMP finally started working placed order immediately.

I love my T-Mobile phone service (I get 50+/30+ LTE here), just not very happy with the customer service right now. I've lost way to much time and sleep over this. I joined T-Mobile about 10-11 months ago and as much as I hated Sprint and AT&T, never had this kind of experience on a pre-order before.
Sounds exactly like everything I've gone through down to the empty promise email and texts

In all fairness, everyone just released the jump plans. Sprint actually scrapped their jump program entirely.

AT&T pre-orders are a nightmare if you have an issue.

I wasn't even really talking about the JUMP program. But now that you bring it up, it's awesome that those of us who pay that extra $10 a month had to wait 4-5 hours extra to be able to place an order over those who choose to not spend that extra $120 a year.

You have to remember jump is just insurance nothing more

Finally was charged for my 64GB SG 6+. No updates on the site yet, no tracking, nothing in UPS. I'm hoping it shows up Monday. My text from a couple of days ago said I would be updated in 1-2 days.

well UPS came by and went without my phone. Just some amazon stuff. So I guess mebe tomorrow? If not then, I hope some time next week it is.

Ordered day one in store and eventually got the text saying 22-30. No activity on my card or movement on my.tmobile. Phone number won't work for tracking via UPS and CSR gives me a new answer everyday.

Anyone else in the 22-30 club?
