No heart attack here. How about you go out for a night to a restaurant and then a movie after. You get seated, talk story, order drinks, and place your order. 20 minutes go buy and another couple comes in and sits next to you. They do the same thing, but happen to order the exact same thing as you. Your food is up, but they pay a small nominal fee more and get YOUR dish that you ordered 20 minutes earlier. Now you have to wait for your food to come up again. Now you are late for the movie. See where i am going?

People make plans around the information they are given. When the information they are given is changed multiple times, it is hard to have any plan. Lastly, I was just transferred and hung up on by T-Mobile CS. As a new customer going to ATT, this is terrible.

CLASSACTION LAWSUIT???? Anybody? That's been on my mind since the minute T-Mobile was late to the party on Minute 1 of Day 1.

The question is, how much money are we really saving with T-Mobile v. AT&T or Verizon?

Is it really worth the bs and disrespect they're showing us? Ordering my gf's phone through the AT&T site was a breeze, but I have been to hell and back on my T-Mobile order.

If it doesn't come on day 1, I will absolutely pull my order and go with ATT or VZW.

So can you use a Jump upgrade to preorder online?

When I visit the T-Mobile site on my phone, it says I can upgrade online with or without Jump. When I click to upgrade with Jump, it says to visit the site from a desktop to complete the upgrade.

When I visit on my Mac, I see a place that says I can upgrade with Jump, but when I click Start Now, I just get a pop up that says to visit physical store.

I'm very confused by this.

I was told by both the phone rep and the store manager that JUMP! users cannot do the iPhone 6 preorder. It HAS to be done in the store.

HOWEVER...

Prior to getting this news, I was having the same issue with the browser. On a mobile device, it says I could JUMP! but only on a desktop, and when I did it on a desktop, it gives me a store locator button. When I happened to Google "T-Mobile JUMP" it brought me to the JUMP! page with a link that sent me to a different page in my account that ultimately generated/revealed the below link:

Code:
https://my.t-mobile.com/Cihu/UpgradePhones.aspx?msisdn=0000000000&weboffer=&topdevice=&deviceId=&type=&value=&unavid=&TopGrp=
(of course, change the ten zeroes to your mobile device number)

Using this link allowed me to get to a page to perform the JUMP!. However, I ultimately did NOT use it because it kept trying to remove my grandfathered $20 unlimited 4G data plan and replace it with its financial equivalent, the $20 5GB data plan. But, if you don't have unlimited, the above link may work for you without having to go into the store.

I am on the phone right now. If this doesn't go well I am canceling my order right now. I will not put up with this ********.

Can anyone please tell me the order status they are in when they got the shipping estimate??

I convinced my parents, after six months to switch to T-Mobile, telling them how much they were going to save. We're only saving like $20 over ATT a month now, and preordering through ATT for the 5 two years ago was a breeze. Starting to regret the switch now...

Reorder with Expedite shipping and you will jump everybody else. I was hesitant at first to re order because I was forced to cancel, too long of a story to explain, but T-Mobile issues.... anyways, reordered it at 1 today with expedite and it says it arrives on the 20th of September! Pretty fast.

Lmao I'm on the same boat.... I convinced my family/parents to switch to T-Mobile from Sprint... Now I'm not sure if we're even saving anything at all... It did get everybody new phones though.

Wait, so re-ordering and doing expedited shipping will not put you at the back of the line? Are you sure about this?

So, I ordered mine at 7:30AM on September 12th. Rep told me it would be delivered Friday. T-Mobile made so many errors, and each time I call in, it's their "systems". That can't be the reason for everything. Dissatisfied customer here. John Legere and team better do something fast.. a lot of people are in our situation.

I am not saying it won't put you back in the line. I am saying that when i had my order on Friday at 5am Pacific time, it said it'll arrive on the 25th, but today's order Saturday on 1pm, I picked Expedite, it'll arrive on the 20th. My conclusion based on the data is that you should get it sooner through expedite. My recent order does not say Backordered.

I would stay put. For all we know, his 9/20 eta date could change to Backordered.

That's probably the smartest thing to do. Heck, if he or she has the wallet. Order a new one, the second one of them ships, cancel the other order.

Shipping =/ delivered. Verizon is shipping the phones to their customers and the customers will get them on 9/19. T-Mobile doesn't even have the phones yet so they may not ship until maybe Monday or Tuesday. But with fast shipping these days we might still get them delivered on Friday.

That was pretty much what I meant.

Pretty sad verizon already shipped phones and tmobile is crapping over everyone over this so jump crap. It's bs. It's time to change carriers. They don't even pass the right word. Cs says something another one something else. Even the CEO talks bs. :/

T-Mobile is ****. I will be canceling my 2 NEW LINES service with t-mobile and returning the 2 iPhone 6 plus's. Sticking with AT&T and my now 2 month wait for my iPhone. ********. The rep told me that I would be receiving my iPhone in 1-3 weeks!!!! What a bunch of ********.

If it wasn't working then too bad. First come first serve. Uncarrier my ass. Unsign day it will be. Lol

hey, if you don't perform then you're out. T-mobile has let us all down. They've tried so hard to 'change the game' that they've forgotten how to actually simply sell a device to a customer.

Hopefully it goes to one of JUMP! ******* who were up at 12:00am PDT waiting and trying to order, called up CS and was told we had to go the store, went to the store and their JUMP! systems were down, and had to try for hours throughout the day to get their order to go through online. ;)

This was my situation.

This is ****ing ridiculous. I preordered ONLINE at 4:20am 9/12 PDT right when the website came up. Verified with a rep over the phone after waiting on hold for 1 hour and getting my order placed while on hold that my order has been placed and processed.

Called yesterday, the order status line stated that my delivery was scheduled for 9/18/14. Called just now, backordered. If my phone went to some jump ******* who didn't wait up or even prepare for the launch, I'm canceling my 2 new lines of service. This totally screwed us as our service is down. Calling CS now.

Don't just assume that everyone who had Jump "didn't wait up or even prepare for the launch."

For if you did assume that, you would be wrong.

Who gives a crap if you are a Jump! customer or not? It should make ZERO difference. Whoever was up at 12:01 trying to get their orders in and succeeded in doing so should be the first to get their phones. PERIOD. None of this ORDER THIS WEEKEND AND WE WILL BUMP YOU TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE. Thats crap.

So if I was to go tmobile store tomorrow and pay $10 for jump and just remove it after I receive the phone it would work?

I ordered yesterday after waking up middle of night to preorder and stayed awake 5 hours till they finally got it running, but I had to call because online sucked.

Also when I check my order status I get a error on the site to check later.... But I can confirm the order is in, went on chat and twitter and they confirmed.

Also my credit card was not charged a authorization fee or anything yet.... Is that ok or bad?

Thanks.

Same boat as me... Wondering if I should just add jump and cancel it after it ships.

but T-Mobile's corporate policy assumes that everyone with jump DID wait up and prepare for the launch. This is just simply not the case, and they have the audacity to further advertise the jump over paying customers who have pre-ordered their iPhones already (knowing that they likely won't cancel their orders)

complete BS!

Completely agreed. We need to take this argument to Twitter, as that's the only way T-Mobile will see how pissed we really are!

OK, then if you were T-Mobile and learned about my case, what would you do?

The facts: I was on the computer right at 2 a.m. (Central), tried to Jump! for two hours unsuccessfully, and then kept refreshing again and again the rest of the day to get it to process my Jump! upgrade without any luck.

Finally, at 2 p.m. on 9/12, it went through. That's well after non-Jumpers were able to order successfully, but it wasn't my fault I didn't get my order in sooner.

What would you guys do in that situation?

How are you guys even getting your estimated ship date?

Online status shows:
Order status: Order Placed

There is no estimated ship date, and in fact it just shows "iPhone 6 Plus" but does not say the size or color.

Trying to switch from ATT to T-Mobile as part of this launch ...

I was online at 3:01 am EST trying to order, and like everyone else here, found the non-launched website. At 8AM I did manage to get an order in, but there was an error code "P1". After I called and waited over an hour on hold and transferred 4 times, I was told that because of an error processing my online order, my SSN was blocked from opening a T-Mobile account for the next 62 days.

I went to a store, and they managed to get my account opened, but when they tried to place the order for the phone, they received an error ... They kept trying, but weren't able to place the order until about 9:30pm today (9/13). Worried that I'm gonna be waiting 2 months ....

Don't fully agree with that. Those who were up and got screwed over for being on a service T-Mobile offered should get priority. I don't agree with anyone who is JUMP! getting priority because there are going to be those who will buy one today or tomorrow that didn't try to pre-order at all on the 12th, but there is no real way to separate those who tried and those who didn't.

Anyway, JUMP! getting priority is a business move T-Mobile needs to make now because if they didn't, JUMP! would lose a ton of lucrative iPhone customers (those who only upgrade once a year) and many people would be hesitant to sign up for JUMP! in the future.
