Does anyone know how the credit card charge process works? If you see full amount preauthorized what does it mean? 😕

Good question. My bank card hasn't even been charged or have a pending charge.

So if I was to go tmobile store tomorrow and pay $10 for jump and just remove it after I receive the phone it would work?

I ordered yesterday after waking up middle of night to preorder and stayed awake 5 hours till they finally got it running, but I had to call because online sucked.

Also when I check my order status I get a error on the site to check later.... But I can confirm the order is in, went on chat and twitter and they confirmed.

Also my credit card was not charged a authorization fee or anything yet.... Is that ok or bad?

If today, It will tomorrow.

Mines showed in progress yesterday then this morning switched to backordered. The reason it's showing that because they dont have the phones yet....so they say

The number I called to check order statuses claims a delivery estimate of 9/18.

I ordered as soon as tmobile site was up. I got my order through with JUMP, signed and returned EIP, and received ship date of 9/29. Today , 9/13, I receive a text around 8am EST that my order is back ordered with no ship date. my account says backordered with estimated ship date of 9/29?

Ordered a 6+ at 4:51am PDT (after waking up at midnight and pressing ⌘R 1283997 times and eventually falling asleep), backordered w/ expected delivery 9/25. Couldn't JUMP at the time, so now I have an HTC M8 sell... I thought that I pressed express delivery, but apparently not. Has anyone had success changing the shipping method?

You would have to cancel your order and place it again.

They told me you can't change the shipping speed once it's been placed, I wanted to do that as well.

Don't you get the tracking numbers once shipped?

You would think that's how it goes but apparently we can't go off of anything as T-Mobile does things differently.
