I'm pretty sure that would be the case.
In fact, it should mean your phone is in a box (or bubble pack) waiting to be picked up or in transit somewhere out there.
I hope so it wouldn't make any sense then
has ur tracking updated yet?

Very upset. I'm waiting for SOMEONE to pick up so I can get some answers.
Unless you like to get bad news, I'd hang up the phone now.
Reading most of the 10,000+ posts in this thread have taught me that the TMobile CSRs are in the dark more than we are.
You have better luck posting your info here so the "veterans" can analyze it and give you an answer based on everyone's collective experience during this traumatizing time![]()

Anyone else find it strange that the phones are being shipped in bubble envelopes? Not that it really matters, but my box was pretty dinged up.
Just got the same model! I am getting used to the size, and it's really starting to grow on me. It's only been a few hours, and my 5 already feels much smaller than it used to. The only problem I'm having is that I usually support my phone with my pinky on the bottom when I'm using it one handed, but the heft of the phone makes my pinky hurt after about 30 min of use.
It frustrates me to no end knowing that I ordered one on the 14th and I've yet to be charged. Ugh. This is a nightmare.
The only reason I'm trippin' is because I get all worried I put in my CC info in wrong, haha
It's definitely going to take some adjusting. It's big, like stupid big. What I can tell you though is that for how gigantic it is, it feels really comfortable in the hand. Androids feel awkward when they are that large. This feels nice to hold.
I got it in an Apple Leather case. For the love of God, make sure you get it in a case like two seconds after boxing. It's quite slippery. And the antenna breaks don't look bad at all in my opinion. It's unnecessary wining. Also, best display I've ever seen on an Apple device, and maybe even on any mobile device for that matter.
that's how i hold my phones too and my hands are tiny, *****
You can sell it on eBay?
So if my phone already left Kentucky heading to LA, would I be able to pick up tommorow instead of delivery on Monday ?
What color case and phone? I ordered a red one and a brown one. I picked up a student's Note 3 yesterday because he left it behind... God it was huge and unwieldy to hold. Comparing that experience to the case, I can see why Jony Ive said all the stuff he did about wanting to get large displays right.
I won't make a judgement just yet because I haven't actually held the actual device (only the case)... But from what I've seen and felt, I think he's done it just fine.
I don't mind the antenna breaks either, from the pics I've seen.
I just got a txt from TMO saying my order has shipped via UPS, followed by a tracking number that is all numeric. When I plug it in at UPS, it says incorrect format..
Anyone else get the same message ? I tried USPS too and it says 'not available'
