i could sell it on ebay or return it or just learn how to use a phone differently lmao

Don't feel bad. I've got big hands and it's going to be a big adjustment for me. I'd say the funniest thing I've run into is using an App that's been scaled. You get the carrier info, time and battery percentage IN YOUR FACE

I'm glad I didn't buy outright, because t-mobile has had my money since Wednesday, still no shipping label despite ordering Friday.

Still no update. Exec is as clueless as everyone else. Learned my lesson about pre ordering from tmobile. #

Nope.. it shows label created this morning when searching by reference. Still shows Monday delivery.

The only glimmer of hope is that when our tracking numbers get updated, by some miracle, it may change the expected delivery date to Saturday. There was at least one other person here who has a Sat. expected delivery but with "standard" UPS Next Day Air (the other guys who got Sat. delivery have UPS Expedited Delivery service)

I'm Jealous you get your phone on Monday. Still no label.

Well after seeing that Louisville - SAC flight land - seconds later - I get an alert that my order is now due in Monday. AHHHHHHH. I mean...it's about 2 miles away. So close...yet so far....

* iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray
* Status: Robot Lady says processing still!
* Ordered: 9/15 at 5:00 PM (in-store, new customers)
* Added JUMP to account
* Received the Friday email on Wednesday 9/17
* Card already charged

Unless you like to get bad news, I'd hang up the phone now.

Reading most of the 10,000+ posts in this thread have taught me that the TMobile CSRs are in the dark more than we are.

You have better luck posting your info here so the "veterans" can analyze it and give you an answer based on everyone's collective experience during this traumatizing time :)

Seriously... a tarot card reader would have more accurate information on my order status.

After going to camp overnight to get my girlfriend her iPhone 6, I went to my local T-Mobile. I knew they wouldn't have what I wanted in store (6+ 64gb gold) but they had regular 6's in stock.

It's going to take "up to 8 weeks" to get my 6+ according to the employee. #

And this surprised you because?

The 6+ is sold out and apple isn't making a lot yet. The ones they do make they are going to send to Apple stores first before carriers get any

Maybe they've finally moved on to space gray 64gb iPhones including the plus :p

Lmao i just received a tracking shipping email from t-mobile despite my device was delivered 6 hours ago and i had my tracking info 48 hours agooo… lol

I got a better one. Canceled my order in store this afternoon. Bought one from the T-Mobile store and later got a text that my phone was shipped for Monday

Shipping early!!

I ordered through Apple.com on the 12th around 2am PST, and got the 7-10 shipping time frame. "No biggie," we convinced ourselves. To our surprise, just a few minutes ago we just got shipping emails and they will arrive early on Monday! We got two of the 6 Plus 64Gb models, one in Silver and one is Space Grey! We have a busy weekend, so Monday will be here in no time. Good luck to everyone!

I miss Apple's efficiency. Next time...that's where I'll be pre-ordering. No more of this T-Mobile nonsense.

Actual Conversation between a Rep and I:
"Your device is backordered"
"Uhh, I ordered two devices"
"Oh, well then both devices are backordered"

...uh huh. Sure they are...oh wait. I got them today.

Spoke to another agent. Rude as HELL, she said that the device has not been shipped yet. I told her that i sloke to TMobo just a few hours ago and they said that a lot of people are getting the device despite of not having a track..So until there is a tracking number your despite isn't going to be shipped..despite the charge occurring on your CC a few days ago..Yeah right ;)

I hope t-mobile learn from this because this isn't right I'm a new customer and I'm not impressed. I feel like everyone who pre ordered through t-mobile should get some type of credit to their bill yeah they shipping supposedly overnight for everyone but I think they should do something else. Ppl have cancelled their orders probably left to mobile and went to another service. Its sad

More Confusion

Yesterday evening my credit card was charged (pending) for my order. Phone message indicated status changed from "Backordered" to "Processing, but not available for shipping." No change all day. 5pm, I get duplicate emails saying status is "Backordered" with no set delivery. Called 1800 # and still says "Processing, but not available for shipping." What gives?

Agrees

Does anyone know if the phone is paid off right away through TMo, do they also unlock it right away?

The device must be a T-Mobile device.
The phone has to be paid in full and on the account for at least 40 days.
The account associated with the device must be in good standing.

They don't let you leave, I can't cancel no matter how hard I try or how many generic responses I receive.

Think about it, someone else can be next up in line for my mystery phone! Complete with it's stealth tracking features... China? Alaska? Kentucky? East Coast? West Coast? Siberia? Who knows!!

Free me from your grasp TMo!!

Ah then I got to send it back regardless and grab an AT&T phone or an unlocked TMo from Apple

ty for the update.

I have been following this thread. I hate to say this I think that some of the earlier orders were lost. I think the system issues were larger than just an inability to process orders. I think the IT is trying to deal with it which explains the blanket messages unrelated to status. They are using rules to try to identify groups of orders but maybe they are missing some.

I ordered at 2:45cst and I received the text and email on Wed, a charge on Wednesday around 2pm, my tracking number appeared this morning 8hours before t-mobile posted it and scheduled delivery tomorrow.

I ordered 6+ 64 gb silver. I also believe silver was the least popular color which is why I ordered it. My attempts to order a space gray phone all failed.
