We ordered the same phone but I ordered 5 hours before and I got the 1-2 day txt lol

I asked the guy that called about there seemingly being no rhyme or reason to who got their orders shipped - he just said I was def in the top priority group. Jump was given priority and first day orders given priority but couldn't say how they shook out beyond that. He also mentioned the load of planes coming in tonight and he'd be surprised if I didn't get something updated after those come in...we'll see. That's what I was told last night. Ho hum :D I thought I was picking an unpopular one. I was so wrong. haha.
 
Well this is my past post here. It was a crazy week stressful week and hopefully T-Mobile learns next year. I ended up not having to preorder and walked into a store at 1pm no line in and out got the exact phone I wanted.
The crazy thing this week was reading all the entitled snobs cry and throw temper tantrums cause they weren't getting what they wanted when they wanted. Most of the 6+phones were and will be hard to get for awhile people had to know this but still pouted. I think next year I won't read the forums for my own piece of mind and sanity. At times these forums made me get riled up and that's not cool.
Good luck to everyone that's been reasonable and patient. I'm sure T-Mobile is working to get you your phone. This was their first year it's a learning process.
For all the entitled pricks enjoy your wait hope it's long and slow

Lol forgive me for using my M8 lol. Girlfriend wanted my 5S so we traded. But cant wait for the 6+ to come in. By the way, those who gotten a Monday scheduled delivery. Do you now have two separate tracking nunbers because Im seeing a saturday delivery tomorrow for my 6+

i only have one tracking # for monday -- where did you get the second? track by reference?

How long do they take to reply ? What can I do to get a quick reply ?

I left him a message around 6:30 PM EST and received a reply around 8'ish. He put me in touch with an agent who took down all the info in DM and then called me. Between the chat and the call they resolved the matter and provided me with a tracking # in like 10 minutes. She also said that the # should go live tonight and she'll follow up tomorrow morning.

Super irritated, spoke with tmobile this morning, they reassured me it would be in today, and had the email telling me it would be delivered Friday. I waited around the house and got a couple things done and then boom- 9/22 pops up on UPS. So much for changing my schedule so I could sign for a nonexistent package. Time to waste my day Monday too.

I meant the actual tracking numbers. My ups mychoice stated that I have my 6+ coming Monday. And just now theres another tracking number thats different from them saying my 6+ coming tomorrow Saturday and I ordered only one phone

Well this is weird.... I just got a shipping confirmation for delivery tomorrow. I already had a shipping conformation for delivery Monday... They are both different tracking numbers, same weight. Only ordered one iPhone and have been charged for one so far. Man I hope they don't ship me two and charge me again. But I'm stoked one is for sure coming tomorrow!

Well, I have to say T-mobile was flawless. I got the phone as promised and everything worked out pretty well.

Awesome device by the way. It's vastly better than iPhone 5s. Good luck to anyone still waiting. I'm with you peeps. Hang in there.

i believe the one tracking # is for ground delivery, I didnt select next day...tmo upgraded everyone too overnight next day air...


update, just got off phone with ups said package will be delivered tomorrow, they deliver on saturdays but office is not open to public per ups rep..
 
What sucks for me is that the Tmobile store down the street has a couple 128gb left and they won't let me cancel my order and get it in store because it says "processed". Argh!

Just noticed this as well. Re-typed my phone number into the tracking tool and now found TWO packages. The original scheduled for Monday, and one scheduled for tomorrow by noon. I guess they messed up with the first one and just made new tracking numbers? I'm not complaining... I just wish this information was made available sooner so I didn't spend my whole afternoon just waiting around...
