Obsessed with this thread!

I had to join this forum just so I could tell everyone how obsessed I am with this thread - more so than with getting my phone I think.

I'm in Sacramento, ordered 10am Sept 12th using JUMP (6 plus 16gb/space grey) - I received the texts and email stating my phone would be delivered today. No tracking # (tried using my ph# as reference), no CC charge, TMo site still states backordered. Robo-beeyotch just says not ready for shipping. Customer service ensured me if I got the texts, I would be getting today. UPS truck has already gone on past my house.

I think like a lot of people, its not about getting the phone today - its about the misinformation and lack of information and having to plan your day around something that may or may not happen. Executive office called me to apologize for the fiasco. I appreciated the call, but still couldn't get anything definitive besides they would follow my order's path and follow up with me. Not incredibly helpful for me today, but it's a nice gesture. I told him with all the unknowing surrounding my order I had to order something from Amazon to bring some order back in my life. le sigh...

Congrats to all that got their phones! Lucky ducks. I guess I'll go make myself useful. Who am I kidding - I'm gonna be stuck on this thread until it's over :p

When all hope was thought to be lost, my UPS account just updated from Monday delivery to Saturday delivery!!!!! I see UNICORNS dancing in the SKY!

That's six flights in the air right now headed to Lousiville (one to some other place in SoCal). That's more than I've ever seen fly at once (max so far has been 5).

If both my phones aren't on any of those I will seriously consider moving carrier. Not because I didn't get my phone when I wanted, but because there was 0 communication between CS, T-Mo execs and the customer. There's been a plethora of different problems for people including myself.

If T-Mobile had given me a real estimate then I would stay with them. But the fact is, it's not so much about the end product because maybe we will all have our phones by Monday or Wednesday or perhaps even the week after... it's the execution that's put me off. At least people from VZW and ATT know when they should expect their phones, unlike me who's had the delivery estimate on the site slip by x+1 day every morning I check.

If the CS top tier reps are saying it was a lack of communication between Apple, that's Tmo's fault.

We ordered the same phone but I ordered 5 hours before and I got the 1-2 day txt lol

I'm still here too. I'm checking the recording for today of my house to see if my phone got dropped off and someone took it.

OK, maybe not Saturday delivery, found the definition of next day air

"Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination "

So Monday.

9/12 early morning pre-order still waiting for delivery. I have pretty much lost hope though since a UPS truck came by and didn't bring me anything. My tracking still says ready for ups.

SO this is the latest. After reaching out to John Legere (CEO), he finally replied on DM and put me in touch with an agent. The agent did what he had to do with the information I provided he said that my phone has shipped. Thats all he told me and I am expecting a call from this person very soon.

Update: Spoke to a T-Mobile CS who called me after the CEO put me in touch with Tmobilehelp. She had all my information down and gave me a tracking number. She said that the tracking number is not showing up yet on UPS but she expects it to by tonight or early morning. She will be calling me again @ 9PM EST with an update. She confirmed that all preorders have been converted to next day shipping.

I know when I finally get my phone, exec is getting a strongly worded email, and I'll be using this to cite other experiences. Even when you call the exec line they give you some canned BS, and all I want to know is when I'll get my package...that's it. It's like they don't understand that some of us have things to do and it's not like I can have someone be home and sign for me or risk just being left at my door.

I'm also on team 12. Card has been charged, robolady says processed but not yet shipped, no tracking and nothing via UPS. I'm trying to just stop thinking about it!!!

All I can say is reach out to @JohnLegere or @Tmobilehelp. The support was prompt and they provided me with a tracking # very fast. Of course this doesn't get my phone to me tonight but at least I know its been shipped and will get to me soon.

John doesn't seem to care about me, he passes me off to TMobileHelp and they give me a canned response that my card being charged is a good sign! Yeah, for you, that means you have my money and I have nothing to show for it!

Yeah, another team 12. Zero communication, no tracking and nothing comes up under reference number.
Preordered jump upgrade in store on the 12th six + 16g silver.

How long do they take to reply ? What can I do to get a quick reply ?

Meanwhile... Your iPhones are getting stolen lol

Well this is my last post here. It was a crazy week stressful week and hopefully T-Mobile learns next year. I ended up not having to preorder and walked into a store at 1pm no line in and out got the exact phone I wanted.
The crazy thing this week was reading all the entitled snobs cry and throw temper tantrums cause they weren't getting what they wanted when they wanted. Most of the 6+phones were and will be hard to get for awhile people had to know this but still pouted. I think next year I won't read the forums for my own piece of mind and sanity. At times these forums made me get riled up and that's not cool.
Good luck to everyone that's been reasonable and patient. I'm sure T-Mobile is working to get you your phone. This was their first year it's a learning process.
For all the entitled pricks enjoy your wait hope it's long and slow
My favorite are the "I got the message saying my phone will be delivered 22-30 but I want phone today!!!!" #
