So woke up and checked to see if I had labels yet and that is still no bueno. So honestly I have to ask can someone please tell me if this is even true.
If I have been charged for my phone that means it should have shipped correct? Is that a true statement? I mean I know its not a preauth or anything because I have been charged the full amount and I checked with my card company and they said this was an actual charge not a hold.
Also is it possible since I have next day air on my order the label might never show up before its even delivered?
Hoping my phone is on this flight that is just now landing from Kentucky Disto to KC.

Still nothing for me. Ordered the 6 plus 128 SG. No pre-auth. No track label. No communication after the Friday the 19th and Overnight texts.
Tweeted, but got nothing. Called 611 (last night) who said I should have it by end of day. Yeah, right.
It's obvious no one knows what is really going on. I just want to know when I can expect my phone. I'm not planning on sitting around waiting all weekend.

Second the Spigen cases, should have mine tomorrow or Monday
I got the Spigen from Amazon as well. On the Spigen site it was $29.99, on Ebay it was about the same maybe $3 or $4 less. Amazon had the best price by far. It's listed for $15.99 plus $3 shipping.
Same exact thing, been charged the full amount but order is still processed. No shipping info yet and nothing works on UPS.
I was told countless times that if your card is charged, the device is shipped. So that's what is supposed to be the truth. CS on Friday said the shipping label isn't created until it's origin scan, so idk. I've seen a few people get theirs without ever having received shipping info. It's possible!
I ordered 2 6+ 64GB SG and Gold. 9/12. 7am CST.
Not too happy with T-Mobile they shipped my wife's phone in a bag instead of a box, her iPhone box was all dented and she also has a scratch on the side of the phone.
Man that sucks!!!

So jealous of the Saturday delivery. Why did some people get it and not others? I know its available in my area. My phone is going to sit less than 15 mins away all weekend long....
Never seen a box in this post. All bubble wrap. My wife's too, are dented in the corner.

Like others in this thread have said, there were times before when the package just showed up without any notification this year, year before that, and year before that.
So yeah. T-Mobile really needs to update their preorder system.
That's terrible in all honesty if they ship my package in a bag and my phone suffered because of it I'm cancelling everything and cursing them out. They could have least put it in a box. Ive seen ppl posting a bag and I'm like we'll maybe it has bubble wrap or something. I understand they trying to get us our phones but that's not good.

I was going to post last night but was too tired.
Around midnight UPS Track by reference found my phone.
At the time I found it, Robolady still said "Processing but not yet available for shipping" As of now (7AM EST), Robolady says it was shipped on 9/20 with delivery for 9/22.
UPS Tracking also shows it will be delivered on Monday.
Unfortunately, for some reason, the package never did show up in UPS My Choice (and still doesn't) -- and therefore I can't change it to hold for pickup, but that is hopefully a small problem.

I was trying to order since 9/12 at 12:00 AM PST and dealing with headache after headache. I know notes were entered on my order when the store was finally able to place it about the struggle I had.
I was going to post last night but was too tired.

I wish i was getting saturday delivery also, I got charged yesterday. But, I don't have my UPS tracking # yet and it's not coming up under reference yet.
The inconsistency of this pre-order is just awful. Can't count on anything. I hope your phone just shows up randomly today.
Same here. Mine did finally ship yesterday (After I was told "Maybe at launch, maybe 4-6 weeks"), so I am certainly happy it's Monday and not November, but why do others get Saturday delivery and not me?
Whatever I guess. Monday it is.
