called t mobile last night and spoke with another representative who told me that the device should be shipped monday.

Let's see how it goes though
 
I would have been better off sleeping in last Friday and not rushing to preorder. I probably would have received it yesterday.
 
Goodmorning guys,

Just wanted to update you that the Monday deliveries previously has been scheduled for today "Saturday." Mine is on vehicle for delivery. I hope everyone gets there phone and doesn't have to wait a while =/.
 
what's been the most frustrating part in all of this is the lack of communicated rhyme or reason as to how things were being handled by T-Mo. I think he company could've saved themselves and the customers a lot of trouble if they just said "this is how we're handling the shipping..."

The reality is, it's just a phone but when you feel ignored or like you're being told a story when you try to get answers it's extreme frustrating and the actual subject becomes inconsequential.

I don't know what the deal around just not owning up to mistakes or not being straight with people. Again, I don't think people would be as crazed yesterday if they were told their phones wouldn't get to them until late next week versus not knowing anything at all.
 
I'm logged into My Choice, address still isn't showing.
I figured out why it wasn't showing for me in My Choice. The Name on the package is not my name, but rather my company name. I added my company name like (say it was Apple, Inc) as First name: Apple, Last name: Inc

Perhaps you have it on the primary account holders name or some other variation?

Now it shows in UPS My Choice.
 
woke up this morning had a text from t-mobile waiting for me. delivery today by noon.

I ordered 9-13 noon (EDT), in the store. No Jump but they added it without asking in the store and I didn't know it until later. 16GB 6+ SG.

I have premium My Choice, my tracking not showing up there

Ugh I'm jealous and mad why I feel like I'm the last one to get my phone. I ordered on the 12. *goes to check ups to see if anything comes up*
 
Got shipping text info just now and also updated to shipped on tmo website should be here by 12 noon today.

Annoying that I can walk into my Apple store and get Verizon and AT&T phones but nothing for T-Mobile. We must really be low on the subscriber numbers.
 
Well spoke to a rep this morning and they stated that they know all the users who received the 9/22 - 9/30 will receive their device. They are waiting for more to come in. We will see. I just want mine by next week.
 
:( Still nothing. No UPS update, no T-Mobile site update, no RoboLady update, no new texts or emails since Wednesday, and no charges (not even a pre-authorization). And, I see at least one other person who ordered the same item after me is getting their phone today. I just feel like my order fell into a black hole somewhere.

It is just a phone, but this whole process has been a disgrace. From the ordering process to the delivery process. I wouldn't even be mad if I could walk into a store and order a different phone using JUMP (was in a store yesterday that had 6+ 128GB), but supposedly I'm not even allowed to do that.

Guess I'll go back to lurking and hope that something comes up on Monday. Congrats to those that did get their phone and good luck to everyone else.
 
So my ordered was cancelled for some reason yesterday and there was nothing they can do. Had to re-order and don't even have a expected ship date anymore. I am a sad panda.

Got UPS tracking number via UPS My Choice last night, out for Delivery Today.

And I agree with whoever said they should have slept in last Friday. I got up at 2:30am and wasn't able to complete my JUMP order until 8:55am as JUMP was pretty much last thing to be fixed. New Customers / Non-Jump Customers got priority for HOURS before JUMP. :mad:
 
Anybody else see this new change on their tracking through the website?

I originally had a date of 22 - 30 through text and email and this 24 - 26 date wasn't even there two hours ago. I'm not complaining as long as they follow through. I mean I ordered pretty late (Sept 14).
