I finally got tracking info for my phone being delivered today. I got the email saying that I'd get it yesterday (9/19) but that never happened. Called CS and they couldn't find anything other than the fact that I had placed an order.

Details:
iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Silver
Jump Customer
Ordered 9/12 at approximately 11AM
CC charged on 9/17

To be honest, I got more information from RoboLady than any CS or @Tmobile/@TmobileHelp. It's been the most accurate out of the entire bunch.

Sucks that there was no rhyme or reason to how orders were handled, shipped, etc. but hopefully they'll have their act together for next year.

Good luck to the rest of you. It's been a frustrating yet bittersweet voyage to get this iPhone 6 in our hands.
 
I was finally charged yesterday.....this is horrible! I'm late to the game, whats the robot!tch phone number so i can try that. I tried UPS reference but no luck.
 
There really is no rhyme or reason to any of this even AFTER launch. People who ordered on Sundays getting theirs before people who ordered on Fridays. Shipping and tracking info arriving AFTER people receive their phones. Crips and Bloods holding hands and skipping together in the streets. Cats laying with dogs. It's the end times....
 
Quick question to all that got tracking numbers I notice that my tmobile page under alerts yesterday said order being processed and now it's says order in process is this a good sign?

What's roboladys number?? I've been. No communication at all since I ordered and my freaking order date was so early it was actually the 11th!!! What gives!? Whats the number for robolady so I can see what's up??

I'd like to know too. I ordered at 4:51 am on the 12th. No tracking info at all, everything still says preorder/backordered. T-Mobile has no idea what to tell me. So disappointed. Also ordered SG 64GB 6+.

I ordered 9/12 at 620am EST

I ordered 9/12 @ 8:30am EST. 6+ 64GB Grey. Absolutely no communication from TMO other than the text stating I'd know my delivery date in "1 to 2 days"...and that was 3 days ago. My CC was charged yesterday (the 19th) and shows as pending. I assume this means something is happening, but, again, no word from TMO and nothing on UPS.

Beyond frustrating. I HATE the inequity of how these were distributed. TMO has really given themselves a black eye in this.
 
Officially thinks it's time to call TMo and see what the hell is going on. I've really tried to hold off from calling but not really sure what to believe at this point.

Just wanted to update you that the Monday deliveries previously has been scheduled for today "Saturday." Mine is on vehicle for delivery. I hope everyone gets there phone and doesn't have to wait a while =/.

Still got a Monday delivery here in LA ...maybe I'm lucky and they change that soon but I'm doubtful
 
Thanks. So processed but not ready for shipment,, even robolady says my order was freaking placed on the 11th. Such ********. What's the point of pre ordering especially when it was done so damn early that my order date was the 11th?!

Yea same here! I should of slept in since people that ordered days later already got their phones

If you had no communication so far, (no charge, no text, email, online, UPS) then yes you should call.

outside of wed texts that I will have the phone Friday

Robolady still says processed but no units avail to ship

I'm assuming i will get the phone next week
because i got charged on 09/19 but who knows?

I got the same regurgitated info like everyone else did. But tmobile said they would take 100 bucks off the price of the device when it is shipped...

I don't know if that's a consolation because everyone has been waiting for this. But see if customer support can do ANYTHING...at least to make this easier to swallow (phrasing)

It's still a bit of an insult that everyone ordering not on jump (same as us) are receiving devices and in a timely manner, no one knows the rhyme or reason with it, and the anxiety is extremely thick.

At this point, part of me does feel like taking my chances with apple directly just to be more informed about the shipping information. It's ridiculous no one knows. As they say crap falls from the top and legere doesn't even know.

That's sad.

Truly considering switching to another carrier. Even expensive verizon

At this point they are even making it more difficult for you to cancel your order if you did do a jump upgrade. Basically you are forced to wait for a Pre-order that is currently in limbo for a lot of us.
