Yeah, I can feel that.
But think about this: if T-Mobile didn't botch the preorder process on the 12th, do you really think that you'd still be waiting for your phone? I ordered at 5:18 AM and I can guarantee you that if it was truly a first come, first serve thing, we would both have our phones right now. The whole Jump! disaster screwed everything up, and that's on T-Mobile.
If this release went smoothly some folks would still be waiting, but that's normal for iPhone launches--it happens every single year. You come late to the party, you wait to get in. But in this case, a lot of us showed up maaaaaad early to the party and we still can't get in. In the meantime, other folks are sliding in the backdoor and we can see them inside the party having a blast. But we're stuck on the outside looking in, not knowing when we'll get in even though we already paid our cover charge.
For me, that rests entirely on T-Mobile's shoulders.
