Ordered a 64GB iPhone 6 using JUMP on 9/14.

As of right now it's still backordered, got a text saying it will be delivered 9/22-9/30. Other than that cc has not been charged, no shipping info.

Posting this because sister ordered on 9/14 also (64GB iPhone 6) and hers is being delivered today. Anybody else order on 9/14?

Folks, Apple has LOTS of phones available now via in-store pickup.

Check your local stores. I just grabbed a tmobile phone from a local store available today, and I will cancel my online order.

Did the UPS website not show anything at all?

It showed on UPS, that is why I was ready when it arrived yesterday; but had I not known about using the reference number I would have been in the dark about when it was coming.

Just got my 128 6+ SG few minutes ago. Definitely not 128GB, it's showing 115gb capacity and 110gb avail lol. But I hope everyone gets there phones soon.

For all those with iphone 6+ 16gb space gray there's a guy in here who's in contact with John Legere right hand man after an email he sent and he's keeping me updated cuz we both ordered the same phone. He said that CS reps are giving out this 6-8 week range but he was honest and said that for the specific order we made we wouldn't get it by launch or the week of launch but definitely that 2nd week early. He said that if they continue to receive bigger than expected shipment it could be sooner but it's no where close to that 6-8 week mark. He also said they're receiving new shipments every single day! I can only speak for those who ordered the exact device I did. Take it like you want it. The guy said he would keep him updated so I will too if you have that exact device ordered.

P.s. CS reps are saying there will be no overnight shipping but this guy said they will overnight every pre order. Idk if that includes Saturday delivery tho.

P.s.s The guy also said that the 6+,64gb, SG was the most popular phone and that one could definetly take a while longer if you haven't really received much info about it =\

I was told I'd have it by tmrw too. I don't have it... They did give out information. They keep telling people 6 weeks. Lol and people are angry even after receiving that info. So to many people who ordered early on launch it is about the wait. I ordered at 4:50am on launch day and I got nothin. I can't complain to tmobile if they only received 150 (hypothetical number) iphone 6+ 16gb space gray. That's soley on the manufacturer. Idk either way trife. We are still here waiting which sucks lol

But think about this: if T-Mobile didn't botch the preorder process on the 12th, do you really think that you'd still be waiting for your phone? I ordered at 5:18 AM and I can guarantee you that if it was truly a first come, first serve thing, we would both have our phones right now. The whole Jump! disaster screwed everything up, and that's on T-Mobile.

If this release went smoothly some folks would still be waiting, but that's normal for iPhone launches--it happens every single year. You come late to the party, you wait to get in. But in this case, a lot of us showed up maaaaaad early to the party and we still can't get in. In the meantime, other folks are sliding in the backdoor and we can see them inside the party having a blast. But we're stuck on the outside looking in, not knowing when we'll get in even though we already paid our cover charge.

For me, that rests entirely on T-Mobile's shoulders.

I couldn't do the stress of the BS T-Mobile preorder anymore. So what did I do? Took matters into my own hands and lined up and got my damn 64 GB iPhone 6 plus by myself!!!!!!. Paid full retail at apple. But I don't mind i traded in my 5S for a apple $310 gift card and total came out to about 600. Very happy with my purchase and I will be out of "contract" with T-Mobile. Screw T-Mobile's preorders!!!!!!

I totally agree. I've been saying this whole time that what screwed all this up was the whole Jump thing. I'm not hatin on them cuz it does suck they couldn't get their orders in but having them put ahead in the queue really was too many moving parts and that's where they went wrong.

Just got off with T-Mobile Customer Care..

She told me starting Monday Tmobile.com will be updated and anyone that ordered before the 16th will be in the 2nd batch which will ship in 3 to 5 days from Monday and anyone the that ordered after the the 16th will be in the 3rd batch.

Don't look for a tracking number if you ordered the 6+

Have the same thing happening in Phoenix. UPS does state that an item can be delivered while in In Transit, so it might be that with these nonstandard Saturday deliveries they might not make it to Out for Delivery.

Interesting. Yeah, Saturday delivery is unusual from UPS around here. More "wait and see" I guess!

I have a couple of questions if any could help last night I talked to a cr and she said that there second batch would arrive around the 24th of OCTOBER which I don't believe and when I ask why was I charged( which was 300$) she said that was an authorization hold not an actually charge(bull$@#%). So is that true?
Next if I am not the primary account holder but my address is the shipping and billing I don't think my choice will work for me plus it's add a line so I have no number to reference because mine doesn't work. If I call ups 800# can I give them my address and they look up the same info

Actual storage capacity on any device is around 90 percent of what it says - the rest is reserved for the system, OS, etc. Anyways that's awesome, I'm waiting for mine (same model) to arrive any minute now... or any hour now anyways lol

You have to pay full price but it's an unlocked device and you can pick it up now. I just got one from my local store for pickup. When my TMobile one comes I'm just going to return it. I think there is a small restocking fee or something but it's worth it to get it sooner.

9/18 nothin on account, UPS shows label printed, @tmobilehelp says "Friday for sure"
email from Tmobile saying 9/26 delivery

9/19 UPS shows Sat delivery but nothing else (only label printed), four CS reps called through out the day say "today" "Monday" "9/26" "9/30" and "in six weeks"
@tmobilehelp says "DM" but never replies to DM

9/20 1:30AM ET UPS shows orgin and 9/20 delivery
9 AM several Tmobile emails

10:30 AM UPS delivers. Nothing in package about Tmobile, just the phone. Need to google to figure out how to change over.

Pretty much my experience exactly-- roughly the same order time, though I didn't really bug @tmobilehelp or call about the status of my order, and my original arrival estimate was 9/29. Mine appears to be on a truck for delivery today-- hasn't shown up yet, but it's earlier here than it is in NY.

Kinda nuts that the very very earliest 6+ orders didn't even make launch day. Curious if 9/19 6+ recipients were prioritized JUMP upgrades.
