I was wondering if someone could chime in on this for me. I ordered online a space gray 6 64gig I think it was the 18th, maybe 17th, way after pre orders started. I was waiting to see if they went ahead with the trade in program and they matched ATT by offering $200 for my 4S.

Anyway back to my question, after placing the order I received a text saying estimated delivery date us 9/25 and I'll receive tracking upon shipment. Based on what I was reading here I was expecting 4 to 6 weeks so this was surprising. Yesterday the order changed to processing and I was charged.

My question is if the phone was in back order where would I see backorder? All I see is in process and delivery 9/25. Not getting my hopes up here but I'm just more curious than anything. I figured being that I ordered days after the drop I would just have to wait awhile. Who is this robot everyone talks about here, is it a number I can call in to? Being I was charged it gives me pause that maybe its actually in process? Thanks.

Just so everyone knows, UPS is blaming delayed delivery on having a massive amount of iPhone deliveries. Phone box is in my town, delivery was supposed to happen between 9 AM and 1:30 PM, it is currently 7:51 PM and still no delivery. Just so everyone knows, if you have shipping confirmation, don't believe the delivery date...

T-Mobile is so screwed up, you could very well get you're phone long before other who ordered before you. The "robot" is 800-672-5390 from your T-Mobile phone.

Been following this thread for a few days now, heres where im at.
Pre-ordered Friday around 1pm after not being able to do it online or in store that morning due to systems being down..
Finally got my order submitted in store at 1, ordered 64 g gold 6+
Received a text stating I would receive it between the 22-30
Card charged yesterday morning but no further communication since then.
Obviously CS is NO help, and say " ya, you should get it sometime next week but I dont have tracking info"
What a joke this whole thing has been. Waiting for this stupid phone has taken over my life at this point.
Just wanted to share my frustrations!

I did à normal upgrade to a 64GB gold for a customer on the 14th and he got it today. Must be based on the model

----------

I personally preordered a 64gb gold on the 12th and got it Friday.

Been following this thread for a while, ordered on 9/13 around 7PM PST, iPhone 6 Plus 64 gb Space Gray, used my JUMP! upgrade.

On my t-mobile, order history is Order Placed: 9/13, Backordered 9/14. Received the 9/22-9/30 text.

From what I've been reading the 6 Plus SG 64 gigs is the most popular device..

My card hasn't been charged yet either, and I haven't received squat since that text.

Should I worry?

Any status on inventory of 16 gb silver/white iPhone 6 pluses? I received the 9/22-9/30 text/email but my card hasn't been charged yet. I ordered at ~04:00 pm EDT on 9/12. My mobile order status page says "Preordered" and robobitch says my order is "processing but not yet ready for shipment". Any idea when I might get it? Is the 9/22-9/30 email accurate? Also, i don't understand why/how people who ordered hours/days after me are getting theirs before me.

No one at T-Mobile has any idea what the stock levels are. Not even management. They get phones in from Apple everyday and then ship them out. I ordered just about the earliest of anyone on their site on 9/12 and I just today got a tracking number.

I've been reading this thread since it started and thought I would share my 2 cents.

I'm an android user switching over from the Note 3. I was originally going to get the Note 4 but Samsung took too long. I ordered the iPhone 6+ 64gb SG variant at 6:17am est on the 14th. I got the text that I would receive my device between the 22nd and 30th of this month. I highly doubt I will be getting it within that time-frame seeing as how the 6+ 64gb SG seems to be very popular.

I think I might know why Jump customers were being prioritized over the weekend. I have to send back my Note 3 in order to have my current EIP covered. When I click on print return shipping label it shows an offer date of 09/14/2014 and an expiration date of 10/24/2014 for me to have my EIP covered. I take that as I would still be on the hook for a $560.50 EIP if I don't send my phone back before then. I just hope it arrives before the expiration date.

I'm not mad at the fact that I have to wait to get my phone. I know I ordered pretty late. I just don't like being kept in the dark. I have my cases and screen protector ready.. Just idly waiting for my device.

How are you all getting exec offices to call you. I had emailed John a few days ago. Was polite, no swearing etc, and I didn't get a call or email back.

I my case I emailed him and then tweeted him. It was nice that they called me but it didn't resolve anything. There's nothing any of them can do to get your phone to you any faster.

Did you card get charged?

What I really don't understand, is that I see other people who ordered the same model as me (Plus Space Gray 64GB) after the time I "finally" got my order through on the website 9/12 5PM (Mountain Time/Denver). I got the "we'll let you know in 1-2 days" message and the "your order is important to us, we'll let you know soon, blah, blab, blah," and no other messages.

So why is it people are reporting (who aren't even JUMP) that they have cards charged, tracking numbers, messages, and/or an iPhone in their hands and they ordered after me? (I understand the JUMP priority, but this is way beyond that now from what I read on this forum and other sites).

Serious question here...ok im on the 80 dollar unlimited 4glte with 5gb hotspot...when I go to add a line it ask me to add data line with 1 option which is the $80 is that representing the data I already have

I picked mine up at the mailbox at 8pm... they had shoved it in there. No damage, but my 10year old daughter even thought they should have shipped it in a BOX.

For all those irked still - my mom ordered her SG 6+ on the 12th from Verizon... and won't get it until October. It is a problem everywhere...

Now, i'm going to deal with the hassle of trying to upgrade iTunes, backup my pictures when I don't have the drive I need, and figure out how to port my number to the new phone.

I also have no idea how i'm supposed to do the trade-in either....

Hoping everyone gets theirs soon!!! It is pretty, and actually smaller than I thought it would be, go figure. I think my oldest child is warming to it - to bad she doesn't have a job to buy it!

So i guess im a lil satisfied even if it will take up to 6weeks to be delivered tmobile put the new line i had activated to order the phone on the season suspend so im only paying 10 a month instead of 60 so it is better then nothing
