I also got a shipping notice with tracking # on 09/20. However it looks like UPS still didn't pick up the package from T-mo. It still says "ready for UPS". I called a Ups rep to see if she saw anything different from the system. She told me that if it wasn't picked up yet it won't be picked up until monday because UPs doesn't pick up on sundays. So I'm not sure how or if this will get here Monday. Does anyone know something or got a different confirmation thag this will arrive monday with the current status. I'm just trying to make arrangement to have someone be able to pick this up and sign for it if it does come monday.

If yours is shipping ground, then that's why it didn't get picked up. UPS only ships air packages on Saturday. Mine going air and I got a notice yesterday that is shipped and UPS picked it up late last night. Getting it Monday. Yours will be shipped on Monday. If yours is going air, then that sucks.
 
We still have a label created for the non-Saturday air phone.

And nothing for the router :(

I wouldn't worry. UPS's Monday starts really early. It doesn't take much time to move phones around the country from Louisville. It's why they're centrally located in the United States. They'll fly out late tonight/early Monday morning and it will be there in time for Monday delivery.
 
Just a little update about my situation. I sent an email to the CEO John Legere on this past Friday 9/19 concerning my order. Just a few minutes ago I received a phone call from executive services about my email.

The lady expressed her apologies for the pre-order fiasco. She told me that my order should ship Monday or Tuesday. She also said that Apple didn't send enough 64GB Space Gray 6+. She also said that the great majority of JUMP upgrades were for the same phone.

I didn't ask for any compensation YET, I'll wait until I get my phone in hand first.
 
Sound off by quoting this message. How many of you got the 9/22-9/30 text/email, no CC charge(full), nothing from UPS(even track by reference), used JUMP online on the 12th, your myTmobile page says "backordered", and robochick says "your order is being processed, but not yet available for shipping"?

FYI: It has to be exactly like this as we speak sans the type of iPhone. If the above info changes for you, let me know, so I can remove you from list below and congratulate you!

I'm with you guys on this one. Please Add. I will also say to those that are unsure but logistics runs 7 days a week 365. We only see it as 6 days a week and minus holidays.
 
Woke up to a MyChoice email! My phone is arriving tomorrow!

Nothing from T-Mobile. No charge on CC

I'm sure this had no effect, but I wrote a 2nd email to JL last night, similar to what others have posted. My 1st email was very nice, the 2nd not so much. Perhaps collectively, we got them to do something.

Did everyone from 9/12 get their shipping?

I really wish I could leave tmobile at this point, but I'd have to start the wait all over again (which isn't that far fetched, considering I was told 4 weeks - that's enough time for me to order a new verizon or att line anyway)

Well for anyone wanting a 64gb Plus Space Gray, I am refusing delivery when it gets here tomorrow.

It'll be sent back to T-Mobile and who knows, maybe one of you will get it!

(I'm refusing delivery because I already got the phone from an Apple store.... and don't want to pay a restocking fee if I return it to T-Mobile lol)

It says next day air saver for mine. Estimated delivery 09/22 by 3pm

They are shipping all preorders free, Next Day, whether you ordered ground or not. Everyone is upgraded, and we should be able to call after delivery and ask for shipping refund.
 
I just saw on UPS that there was an origin scan in Louisville on my phone at 10:25 this morning. Like my other phone it was upgraded to air saver from ground. I guess UPS is working today.

I wonder when Ill get chosen out of the hat to get my phone. I cancelled and double checked by calling in another csr and nope, they didnt cancel it. Sad. I hope it comes soon, I emailed john. I need my phone for my buisness damn it!
 
For any latecomers to this thread:

Make sure you sign up for the free UPS MyChoice, and check your preferences to get emails and/or texts.

Many get first notice through MyChoice, with nothing from T-Mobile.

Does it say 09.21.14- SCAN IN? or does it say 09.20.14. scan in?
 
I emailed legere to see what he says. I should say that if you dont have the stock we should get the option to upgrade our pre order to a higher capacity if we want to that could be available for shipment immediately.
