The way I see this whole mess up, not only is the iPhone 6+ the most popular phone, but as a business prospect why would tmobile really care about taking care of its current customers? New customers come first. That's why a lot of new customers are getting their iPhones before us loyal customers. Especially when we have EIP's. Tmo know we're not going anywhere unless we pay off our current phones. This whole deal sucks but when looking at the last UPS flights, I feel the last 4 were unloaded and sitting are our iPhones ready to be processed then shipped for Mondays work. I think a lot of us if not all of us will get our phones next week
 
I emailed the executive team this morning and received a call back this afternoon. I was told that my phone was on partial backorder, meaning they have they phone in stock, but it has not been shipped yet due to the volume of orders they received. The rep that called me stated that I should received my phone between the 22-30, with shipping notification happening (hopefully) early this week.
 
Has anyone been able to upgrade there shipping? When I did in store they said I can only do ground, tried to call CS and can't get though.

They've said all preorders were upgraded free to next day. Whether you believe them, well, is a matter of how many times you've already been misled by tmobile.

Whew. Been out of the loop for a couple days, but wanted to post in here for anyone lingering.

I was part of the 22-30 people who never got a tracking number or anything from UPS. I did have a phone chat and a number of email exchanges with John and the exec team, but everything else seemed standard. Friday came and went, and I assumed I would be waiting til tomorrow.

Saturday morning I woke up hungover to a text and email from UPS saying my phone would be delivered that day before noon. It was there by 10am, and it's an absolute joy. Friends, hold out hope and don't cancel like I almost did. The team really is trying hard and moving mountains.

Also, for what it's worth, I've been with T-Mobile a year and the additional LTE radios in the 6 make all the difference. I have service in areas that were a dead zone on my 5S. I love this thing!

I ordered mine, then 5 minutes later completed my wife's.

Same texts my wife got.

Hers showed up in ups Friday night, no movement till today.
Hers is sitting here in Phoenix for delivery tomorrow and no clue when mine will arrive. It can't be looked up on Ups using any method.

Crazy that her order done after mine, will arrive first.

This idea of first come first serve and Jump! orders being processed fist etc.. is just pure malarky. It is just a complete free for all and orders are just being shipped out willy-nilly.

There are people who ordered on 9/18 and got their phones on 9/19 and there others who ordered in the wee hours on 9/12 who have no idea when and if they are going to get their order.

We've got to set something up for whoever of us is the unlucky last one waiting. The rate of posts is already slowing down... one of us is going to be sitting here all alone hitting refresh.

The last person should get upgraded to the color they wanted and 128gb and a free month of service and have Legere bring it to the door step lol. I'd be happy **** hahaha
 
I have a feeling I'm going to be the last one. I still haven't heard a thing since I got the 22-30 text regarding my 64GB SG iPhone 6+

I got the 22-30 text and from what I've been told we should be hearing something this week, but with how everything went down I wouldn't be surprised if we were the last batch because logic has already been thrown out. ;)
 
Someone from the executive team just called me, and apologized, and informed me that the plus 64gb (sg) I preordered using jump on the 12th, is back ordered at 6-8 weeks. He offered me a credit to my account. He was very nice, but it didn't make it sting any less to hear 6-8 weeks! Especially when some who ordered after I did already received the device. I was also in the text and email 9/22- 9/30 camp! #
 
iPhone 6 Plus 64GB also waiting

I ordered an iPhone6+ 64GB on the 12th along with a regular iphone6. The iPhone 6 was delivered on the 19th. I received the text that I would get the plus sometime between the 22nd and 30th. I haven't been charged, no shipping label, or updated Tmobile status.

This has been the crappiest experience ever. The worst part is that Tmobile reps have no information to give.

I hope I get an update tomorrow.

Seems like he just regurgitated what the regular CS reps have been saying. I would take that with a grain of salt and expect some kind of update this week.

Ugh, seriously? I hope I don't get that call, were you offered an option of changing your phone order?

I'm sure there's quite a few people here that still haven't heard anything and are for the most part just lurking, like me.
 
They've upgraded everyone to overnight for free.

I got my call back after emailing Legere tonight. All orders placed up until the 19th have been automatically bumped to overnight. I'm still irked but after all is said and done I got a straight answer. This has just been one bizarre situation.
