I got a call today after emailing yesterday and apparently even if you did a jump order before midnight on Sunday the 14th (did mine 9/14 about 2-3 pm) it doesn't count for priority unless you did it on Friday. Then i was given a 6-8 week time span on getting my phone even tho I got the 22-30 text. So what i get out this that copy and paste tweet Legere sent out to everyone with problems "JUMP orders by 9/14 get priority as we get 'em" doesn't mean anything.

My wife got upgraded shipping on hers and we ordered the 13th around 3 pm with usps shipping ground.
 
One of the people from the executive office called me in response to my email. He offered to credit me my current bill ($124) and I accepted it. He said to go by my 22-30 text message as it's currently the only accurate time frame he has.

I almost felt like he was just one of the regular customer service reps by his verbiage. He was very very vague and it seemed scripted. I guess I'll just keep waiting.

I'm happy they're trying to do the right thing and I appreciate them crediting me. I would have been just as happy, though, with a simple and solid answer as to when I will be getting my device.
 
I also got a call as a response to my email (which I do appreciate), and the best guess of the (very nice) person as to why others who ordered later than me were already receiving their phones, was perhaps my order was at a different distribution facility that wasn't getting phones as quickly--who knows at this point? Basically, it's just a waiting game as their fulfillment seems pretty "random" at this point, and beyond any persons control.
 
On hold with customer service to attempt to port my number - i'd like to USE it as a phone :p

BUT, most movement with anything for delivery tomorrow won't happen until tonight. In my case, air leaves Louisville at 5-ish am to arrive in Orlando for delivery that day. They drive it up here, and it normally makes it on a truck by 9am.

Hope you guys get them tomorrow everyone!!!

I'm almost positive the executive office team is just a special department for normal customer service reps. These are not members of the executive team for T-Mobile and Legare probably knows nothing about these conversations.

Yep, they're just the most thick-skinned and well-trained cs reps, I think.
 
I'm just glad my weekdays are usually busy so at least I can not focus on this thread and maybe forget this horrid pre order till I get a notification. :rolleyes:
 
Now I just need to get a case which will do tomorrow I work around a couple of t-mobile version and att stores so I will be looking to see the cases they have. I just gotta pray nothing wrong with my phone tho like no defects after all I went though I don't wanna have to swap phones and I don't want a beat up box I don't want it coming in a bag either. I made sure that last night when I spoke to a rep and explained to her what was going on and what read that I didn't want it to come in a ups bag

Quick Question...

Those of you that got the 6+, what do you think? Too big??? It's a lot bigger than I thought. Those that got both the 6, do you regret NOT going with the 6+.

Everyone that sees it is saying how HUGE it is. I'm so confused!!!

Still nothing but the 22-30 text.
 
Maybe the 4 flights pictured below were never touched and tomorrow tmobile will start slapping shipping labels on them and ship them out. Here's to hope.

I JUMP!'d for my 6+ around 6AM EST on 9/12.

First text: You shipment is scheduled to arrive 9/29
Second Text: Your shipment is backordered
Third Text: We will let you know in 1-2 days
Last text I got was "your order is a priority, blah blah.." No charge on my card or any emails after that.

EIP was signed and returned on 9/12.

Am I really gonna have to wait 6-8 weeks for a day 1 JUMP! preorder?
 
I forget, were you a pre-order? If so, you will be automatically upgraded to next day aire saver.

Also, it is helpful to put your particular order info in your signature, so those helping don't have to keep asking. Helps identify which "club" you're in.

Thanks but I'm not a pre-order. I wasn't eligible for my jump upgrade until the 19th, so that's when I ordered.

I will edit my Sig later when I'm not on mobile thanks.
 
UPS does not deliver on Sundays, nor can you pick it up on a Sunday. Mine was set for Saturday delivery, and they never delivered it, said they had too many packages to deliver and it would have to be put back on the truck on Monday.
