So, this UPS / T-Mobile fiasco is starting to get to me aswell. 9/20 5:15 am Order Processed: Ready for UPS.

Received confirmation delivery on 9/22 by 11:45am

Requested Hold for Pickup.

Occording to UPS tmobile never provided them with my package. SERIOUSLY!?

I was so sure I was going to receive my phone Friday that when it didn't get come, I watched mt recordings from the cameras I have setup around my house to see if they dropped it off and someone came and took it. T-Mobile has me paranoid right now

You might have been a little paranoid previously, since you have cameras setup around your house. :p

If I had camera I would have watched the recordings too. :eek:

Supposedly - we shall see - getting the 6 SG 64 GB today. Quick question for the folks here - have you been able to successfully get any overnight shipping charges reversed? I'm not paying for overnight when it took a week. Suffice to say I'm sure the folks who pre-ordered on the 12th have a better case than me, but just curious to see if anyone has been able to get credits, etc. Thanks!
 
Yeah... pretty weird. Maybe it went out sometime over the weekend and the UPS site just never got around to updating the status?

UPS is usually on point though, so if they say by end of day, then I am assuming we'll have it today.

Lol yeah mine says Label created on 9/20 and shipped/billed on 9/20. It says UPS Next Day Air Saver and is coming from Louisville, KY.

From my long experience with this BS and being in this thread from the very beginning, UPS has pretty much been on key with the tracking. I only heard of a couple ppl that received their phone without getting any tracking info. My card got charged wednesday, package created in system on 9/19 4am, updated with tracking on 9/20 2:30am, delivered 9/20 @ 12:15 lunchtime.

I'm here with you with 2 Iphone 6+ orders one in silver one in sg one is shipped but not here sg is backordered :( both from the 12th

I really hope they send out some substantive updates today.
 
My 6+16gb silver, ordered on 9/12 is still on backorder.
On 9/20, TMo added a 6+128gb silver at no charge (due to the fiasco). That went from pre-ordered to backordered today. :(
I have 2 UPS tracking #'s, both for items that are 3.4lbs. (Only ordered 1 router). One says scheduled delivery today 9/22 with no movement. Second one shows scheduled delivery 9/23 with no movement.

Although its a bummer not having the phone, with the credits and the upgraded phone (no additional cost, taxes etc), I am satisfied that they did what they could and compensated for the fiasco.
 
So i called the local store to see if any shipments come in with iphone 6 fifuring id go do the jump on one phone i have for my daughter and just use it until mine actually shows up... None in stock but the store rep said i should get an email with tracking or estimated delivery in the next couple days

I'm calling them right now to tell them I'm not paying for the overnight shipping since I've been waiting for what seems like forever

Actually, spent about 2 hours attempting to get mine credited. Had to get transferred to the retention department and then to the guys supervisor and then to her manager. Everyone I talked to was rude and wouldn't hear me out. Retention department my ass, they were recommending me to cancel service.

Saddest thing that made me snap was when I was explaining my nightmare of a story to the retention people, both the lower level guy and the supervisor were bitching at me because they hadn't received their iphone 6's yet and werent allowed to receive until december since they are employees and to be happy and deal with it. SERIOUSLY TMOBILE! YOUR RETENTION DEPARTMENT THAT EXISTS FOR THE SOLE REASON TO "RETAIN" CUSTOMERS IS BITCHING AT ME ABOUT THEIR PHONES??????????? WHAT A WASTE

Upper level retention manager basically spit in my face by offering a $5 credit for my troubles........

Online has some 6 phones in stock. If you picked one that's in stock I would think you could get it pretty quickly.

Not sure what you're getting at - ordered the 15th, receiving today, supposedly. At least 5 business days there - even with processing that's not overnight shipping. Although I can't really complain considering many have been waiting longer.
 
I'm thinking a lot of iPhone buyers were requesting hold for pickup.

My UPS hub just hung up on me...

That sucks - sorry to hear. I got a fairly quick response from @TMobileHelp saying they would credit but not holding my breath. Hope it all works out for you :)

So you're counting the days before the phone was released to the public, lots of logic in this thread. It's been one business day since the phones release. Not saying you shouldn't be refunded, but it's not been one week or close to it, sorry.
 
UPS generates and estimated delivery date based on getting the package that day.

I've never had a package get to them over the weekend and get it on Monday even if it was coming air. The only time I see it happen is when like Amazon is driving it to a hub, and then it starts with the tracking (i.e., the label shows created, UPS hasn't gotten it until it appears again 2 states away with an origin scan).

My guess it UPS will pick the lot of them up today/tonight for delivery tomorrow. People that are getting it otherwise i'm *thinking* would be in hub cities or places that freight moved locations over the weekend between vendors.

I dunno, it is all a guess... i'm just having other frustrations and just want to use my damn phone since I still have a multi-day process ahead of me.

And Yea I've had it happen where I order and it comes through ups and it updates after I receive the package lol. But that's been like 2 orders out of like every 10.
So here's still hope! A small sliver of it.
But here's to hoping ups is on point and on track.
 
All I want is communication if I don't receive my phone till Friday I wouldn't care I'll at least have the satisfaction of knowing
