From my long experience with this BS and being in this thread from the very beginning, UPS has pretty much been on key with the tracking. I only heard of a couple ppl that received their phone without getting any tracking info. My card got charged wednesday, package created in system on 9/19 4am, updated with tracking on 9/20 2:30am, delivered 9/20 @ 12:15 lunchtime.

That's good to know. I'm holding out hope that it gets in today. Trusting this UPS update... I mean why would they say "BY END OF DAY" if it's still not even in the state? Lol
 
So you're counting the days before the phone was released to the public, lots of logic in this thread. It's been one business day since the phones release. Not saying you shouldn't be refunded, but it's not been one week or close to it, sorry.

My 6+ order has the same issue. Credit Card Charged on Saturday. Email from TMobile saying it has shipped with UPS Tracking. UPS sent a text message this morning stating they haven't received the package from Tmobile and would update tracking once they receive it. I hope as the previous post mentions that UPS gets them today and I receive it tomorrow.
 
Just got off the phone and told them that since I paid for overnight shipping and didn't receive my phone when they said I would, I'm not paying for the overnight. They said it would be credited back to my account once I receive my phone..........whenever that is :confused::(:mad:

I didn't get anything. I sent Legere an email and his office called me and the lady I spoke with said that my order is on partial backorder so I should get it this week. If I don't get it, I'm calling them back and telling them I hope they better not charge me for the down payment because this is ridiculous. No status updates or anything

When I called this morning the rep in the order dept said 1-4 wks but when she transferred me to another dept, that rep said she has a note that says all preordered backorders are shipping 9/25.

I have not gotten a reply from Legere nor calls from any executive team.

Sorry, I kinda have to disagree. For the first group of 9/12 preorder deliveries, shipping started last Wed. for Fri. delivery. Technically, we're at day 5 for shipping start.
 
I starting to feel the loss of excitement for this device.

Just to think that everytime I use it, when and if it gets here. I will be reminded of this whole nightmare!

Pre-ordered on 9/12 5pm est online, I tried to in store but their system was all jammed.
No jump, I actually switched from Verizon thinking it'd be a good idea to do it and pick up a 6+.
Ive flip flopped from backordered to Pre-ordered and back.
No charges of any kind
My last real update was a text telling me that my phone was backordered but I'm priority blah blah.

Funny, I actually went for the 16GB because a friend of min that works for t-mobile told me it'd be the easiest to get... Pfft OK XD
Although it is kinda frustrating being in the group of 9/12 that hasn't gotten anything and seeing later dates have updates or receive their phones, it's just being kept in the dark. I'm hoping my phone goes out this week, otherwise I'll just cancel the pre-order (if I can, some people had issues with that) and pick up another phone while I wait out this cluster ****.
 
My shipment has been intercepted and is on it's way back to TMo in TX. Hopefully it gets in someone's hands soon.

As my AT&T SIMs arrive tomorrow over this ordeal, I'm out.

If you already signed the EIP, you won't be able to cancel it. You're going to have to refuse the order and send the phone back. That's what they told me when I tried to cancel so I could go in the store and buy one

We're just gonna say that CS doesn't even know what's going on and they're just telling us all ************ to try to comfort us. But what they're really doing is pissing us off with all of these open ended answers

Tmo in Texas? What do you mean? Do they have a distribution center there?
Just asking because I'm in south Texas and my phone is slated to come today.
 
Still nothing here. 3PM on Friday. Because we got the iPhone 6 outright, we aren't really stressing about when we get the 6+. I'm intentionally not calling or complaining to T-mobile to see how long it takes to get it. I wonder if people who called in and complained got priority.

I lurked on the other carrier threads and a lot of people who preordered on the 12th still don't have phones, but their expected ship dates are the first week of October. So who knows!
 
Wow. Yeah this is cray cray.

However I wrote a nice, pleasantly frustrated email to John Legere. He called me yesterday during dinner (wasn't expecting that), and personally apologized. And then he forwarded me to exec rep Allison. She credited me 2 months of bill, upgraded me to overnight (for when it becomes available), gave me the router, and told me that if UPS tries to charge me for changing my address (since the store goofed it up) that she'd credit me back double what they charged.

I'm hoping for the Thursday shipping date though. The source code in my account now says 25th.
