So i got a call from the executive office and my order is on true backordered. It can take up to 6 weeks. They gave me a $50 credit but still that doesn't solve anything.

Seeing that people pre-ordered a few days after 9/12 and selected 6+s that are now getting them... Wow that's frustrating. Mine was in at 9am on 9/12 and I've got nothing other than the 9/22-9/30 text.

She told me that they get new shipment from apple everyday but apparently they are not receiving my specific model. She also told me that I should be getting an update during the week. Hopefully we all see something this week.
 
Ah. Lucky! Yours shipped the 21st. Mine got delayed or "updated" for shipping until tomorrow. And the origin scan barely went through about 30 minutes ago .-. So not a chance for delivery today.

Mine just did the exact same thing. Sadly i guess they picked up some yesterday to deliver today and ours were left out. :(

Hey just joined the forums. I already received my iphone 6 but Tmobile took away the charge from my bank account. Is anyone else like this?
 
who are these executives that you all keep speaking of. i need to talk to one of them. there is no way that the guy above me ordered on the 17th and got his, i ordered on the 12th and haven't even been charged yet.

This was my exact reply to the customer reps and executive team, how did I order 5 days after the pre-order yet people who ordered on the 12th have no traction? They had no response for me.

I just did a google search for John Legere's email:

From what the executive rep told me they are getting some nasty emails, I'd try to be civil with them, but explain your frustrations. I hope things work out for you, remember... squeaky wheel gets the oil. Ask them what they can do for you to keep you as a customer.

I sent an email yesterday morning. No response, no calls. It wasn't even a nasty email. Everyone else seems to be getting offered credits left and right.
 
Well I'm finally gonna get it tomorrow! Was hoping for today since all 4 forms of communication from TMO said delivery today
Oh well at least it'll FINALLY Get here tomorrow. Now it's out of Tmo hands and ups has it.
Let's hope next year isn't this bad

Like others, I pre-ordered a 128GB space gray iPhone 6 Plus on 9/12. I was told at the time of the order that mine would ship for arrival on 9/17. No worries, be happy. All good.

Then everything went pear shaped. Order status went to backordered. CSRs on the phone said that it was cancelled due to the EIP not being signed. Fairly interesting, since I had a copy of the signed EIP in front of me. E-mail messages to Mr. Legere were initially answered by the exec team, stating that no, my order was not cancelled, and I should receive my phone on Friday, 9/17. Friday came and went without a phone, and also without followup from the exec team. The weekend came and went with no change and no response to any of my e-mail messages. Today, no change either -- no further e-mail messages from TMo exec team nor any change in online order state. The frustrating part is the complete lack of information, coupled with what seems to be good followup for others on this thread. I've sent another letter to Mr. Legere today, and also a tweet to hopefully get someone's attention. I doubt I will. Perhaps it's time to find a new UnUnCarrier.

So I had ordered a 16GB space gray iphone 6+ on sept 12 at 9am cts through jump. On Set 13 at 3am it became backordered ever since that day it had not changed at all. I was never charged so on Friday I went to Tmobile to buy my gf a phone I fell in love with the regular iPhone 6 so i purchased the space gray 64gb and cancelled the online order while I was there. Today i get an email that my ordered could not be canceled. I check on My Tmobile and still no change in status. All it says is backordered since sept 13 3am... Tmobile need to get their stuff straightened out.

Hello everyone! Congrats to everyone whom has already their precious new iPhones! Mine has arrived too.

You know.. I'm not getting anymore responses from the person on the Exec. Team taking care of me either.. Getting a bit annoyed because the lady created two new orders to replace the old "cancelled" orders of mine.. Well one "cancelled" order (iPhone 6 16GB SG) was somehow still processed and we received the phone on Friday.. Then on Saturday we were notified that the replacement order was shipped and is now sitting at a UPS Hub waiting for me to either pick up or reject the order. The second order she made was for my line (iPhone 6+ 16GB SG), she told me within two weeks.. But hearing things on here.. Sounds like a LOT longer...
