Well, I went to cancel my T-Mobile online order on the 12th because I went out to get it physically, but then I realized I had made a mistake.

I called T-Mobile back to have the cancellation reversed, only to have them tell me that despite the fact that my cancellation hadn't been processed, they couldn't rescind the cancellation. Apparently they aren't able to, and aren't allowed to contact the department that processes cancelations.

So they told me, don't place a new order over this weekend, despite the offer for free overnight shipping, just wait, because it MIGHT not be cancelled!

This morning I get a message that my order has been cancelled.

Thanks T-Mobile.

I ordered at 8am on the 12th.

I'm glad I picked up the Verizon version of the 6+ !

I was/am totally SICK to the bone with TMobile's incompetence!

Now, I do have one coming in on... ugh.. sometime this year...hopefully.. which I either return or just sell and pay off the EIP..whichever is easier.

When did you cancel the order?

SOMEONE PLEASE I ORDERED
On
9/20
Status backordered
Credit card charged
Next day shipping when will I get my phone
iPhone 6 gold 16 gb

I hate to be _that_guy/gal but you ordered on the 20th. MANY of us have ordered back on the 12th or close to it and we're still unable to figure out when we're getting our phones. You better sit tight and don't expect miracles. You may not have to wait long but I wouldn't assume anything under 4-6wks.

I ordered the phone 16gb 6+ gold back on 12th and I haven't heard jack **** besides 9/22-9/30.

Check tmobile stores, physically you can get one LONG before you get one in the mail. Apple stores too may have it since they get new store inventory daily.

This should be so embarrassing for Tmobile BUT they don't give a damn cuz at the end of the day they're still gonna make their millions. And some of us are so far into this process that we are stuck now.

Well I just got an email reply...saying not much. She apologized and said someone would be following up with my order and she did point out that my router is going to be sent out soon, which is not helpful since my iPhone 5 doesn't support wifi calling. Sigh.

Have any JUMP customers actually received 6+ SGs? Seems to be the most backed up model. Haven't heard anything besides that it will be delivered from 22nd-30th.

I went through JUMP and haven't received jack diddly squat. I'm starting to wonder if they even remember about us

TMO exec told me that the 64 6+ SG is indeed the most backordered model. But she said if you received the 22-30 text/email then it will come within that time frame.

What I don't get is that Apple should have guessed there were going to be millions of orders. They should of delayed the release so they could ship out enough phones to everyone and on time. This makes no sense at all that people who went through regular upgrades and pre-ordered after the 12th have gotten theirs before the people who went through JUMP and pre-ordered on the 12th :mad::mad:

Its to the point where I'm just weary of believing anything they say. If they told me end of September from the start I would have just said "ok" and carried on with my day. But nope, they had to pull the whole "Friday" "maybe saturday" "oh...for sure Monday" "we don't know."

WOAH....... Just received a text from T-mobile that said my order has been cancelled. I'm calling them right now because they're gonna hear it from me for sure. WTF. After all of this waiting and no status updates, they cancel my order? HELL NO:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

How would you expect Apple to accomplish this?

They have to focus on fulfilling orders from customers who ordered directly through them, stocking the stores, and also fulfilling orders through every major carrier in the United States. In addition, they are launching the iPhones in other countries on the 26th.

How would delaying the release have benefited anyone? Apple is a COMPANY. They exist to generate profit for their shareholders. That's it. Everything else they do is to bolster their image and sell a product. That's it.

Wow - hopefully it's a mistake. At one point, they told me mine was canceled, but later came back and told me they were mistaken, after I freaked out. Keep us updated!

Has anyone received tracking info today?

They didn't have to release it on the 19th. They're going to make money regardless of which day they released it. Whether it was the 19th or the 31st

I'm on the phone with them now. She said she doesn't see an order so I asked to speak with a supervisor

No tracking info.

I ordered on the 14th. 6+, 64GB, SG.

I got the 22-30 text. Past that, nothing. When I call T-Mobile, they give me the party line about them receiving phones and fulfilling orders as they go.

I went to Atlanta and picked up an iPhone 6 to tide me over until it arrives. I love it, but I want the Plus. The bigger screen is where it's at for me.

You got a contract with verizon and you'll cancel it after one month or how did you do it?

So you don't want them to release it until there's enough to fulfill global demand?

Businesses don't work like that. The law of supply and demand is clearly in effect with this product.

The simple fact of the matter is, no matter what, people will keep buying, even if they have to wait.

Some products are scarce. Unfortunately, the 6+ is a luxury item. No company produces a supply based on projected purchases. They produce a run, see how it sells, and then produce more.

It's Business 101.

They didn't have to release it on the 19th. They're going to make money regardless of which day they released it. Whether it was the 19th or the 31st

Same thing happened to me. Pre-ordered on the 12th, cancelled on the 18th. Had to re-submit the order on the 21st in store since I was travelling. Welcome to the back of the line.

My order was for 4 iPhones and 4 NEW LINES! I was told the order was cancelled since one of the 4 iPhones I ordered was not available for shipping, so the entire order was cancelled. Coming from Verizon, this experience has been miserable. I've easily wasted 5+ hours dealing with this order either waiting on the phone or in person.
