My order placed on the 19'th changed today from "preordered" to "being processed" although due to the order being placed so late I'm not expecting my 16GB 6+ for a long time :(

well you'd be surprised! It seems people who ordered really late are getting their phones before us who ordered on the 12th. lol
 
You know whats funny! you could have called someone up and told them that exact information that they told you! lol

Lol, we should just set up support answers for each other. Have a giant spinning wheel of:

"Backordered, we'll let you know when it ships - it's a priority!"
"Oh, high volume - it'll be 6 weeks - it's a priority!"
"Your model was so rare, maybe in 4 weeks - it's a priority!"
"We're trying our best to get you your order - it's a priority."
"Definitely 9/22-9/30, unless it's later - it's a priority."
"F You. - it's a priority"
"F You and the horse you rode in on. Thanks! (oh, and - it's a priority)"

There aren't any unique answers, and it doesn't seem like any tracking info went out to any of us long-suffering customers either... :mad::(

Well I certainly wouldn't be complaining but that's a bit shady.


Went in on the 12'th and reserved a phone at my store the person put me down on a list, went in on the 19'th was told I was lying to them the list they put me on never existed and I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for my phone.
 
did they say anything about who has priority on the shipments that come in?

Ive been thinking and I'm not hating on those who used Jump to order but i think only those who ordered with Jump on the first day of preordered should be prioritized at this point because they've ****ed this up so long that if they give everyone up to the 14th priority over someone like me who took the time out to order so damn early that **** just isn't fair considering people have already been put ahead of me who didn't have Jump and now when phones become available Jump folks all the way thru the 14th will also! thats what i call ********!!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I've sent another letter to Mr. Legere today, and also a tweet to hopefully get someone's attention. I doubt I will.

I guess I was a bit too cynical. I did receive a phone call. The content of the phone call was completely useless. No update. No explanation for why others are getting phones of the same configuration with orders placed days after 9/12. No estimates. And the only thing he offered was an $80 credit. Really? TMo can't even be consistent with the credits?

I'm so p***ed at this point, I could chew nails and spit tacks. Why am I even bothering to continue to be a TMo customer?

OK, I'm done venting. Sorry everyone.

The only thing of value that he told me was that 9/12 orders that paid for overnight shipping are systematically being credited back the $24.99.
