This just means that a label was created but the package has not been picked up by UPS. Once UPS picks up the package you will get and accurate delivery date.

Thanks for the heads-up. Hoping for tomorrow then... goodness this has been frustrating. Waiting in line at the Apple store almost seems like a better idea than this nonsense lol

Mine arrived three hours ago. Loving it. Yet to see how battery performs. It was 80% when it arrived and now it's 73% 3 hours later... hopefully that's a good score ;)

Hope everyone's had some news or at least haven't given up yet: you'll get news soon hopefully. Good luck everyone, remember to contact me if you need some advise or help. I might not know much but I can tell you my experience and other's experiences through what I've seen all over this forum so far.

Again, good luck y'all, you'll get your devices soon, I promise ;)

Congrats on getting your phone. Now I'm upset even more

Hey guys,

Been following this thread for over a week, finally decided to post. So here's my experience so far:

Phone: iPhone 6 Plus, 128 GB, Space Gray
Carrier: T-Mobile
Order from: T-Mobile (because I wanted to make monthly payments on the phone and not buy it outright.)

Friday 9/12 @ 5PM PDT: After SEVENTEEN hours of trying to order the phone, I'm finally able to place my order. I'm e-mailed the EIP agreement, I signed it and return it. I have an estimated arrival date of 9/25. Not ideal, but I'll take it.

Wednesday 9/17 @ 3PM PDT: Receive a text, followed by an e-mail, from T-Mobile saying my phone would arrive on Friday. Tracking info to come.

Wednesday 9/17: Thanks to a tip on MacRumors, I sign up for UPS MyChoice to attempt to track the package. I also continue to search for my package using my phone number as the reference number.

Thursday 9/18 @ 8:30AM PDT: Receive a text from T-Mobile saying that my order is being shipping priority overnight. Still no tracking number.

Friday 9/19: No phone... Though my original ETA was 9/25, and my debit card still hasn't been charged.

Saturday 9/20 @ 10:30AM PDT: Receive a text from T-Mobile that my order has been cancelled and that I should call customer support. I'm on the phone for a total of 2 and a half hours, and talk to four different people. It is being claimed that my credit union rejected the charges. While I'm on hold waiting for another rep, I drive to my credit union and talk to the manager on duty who says that my account has not been charged by T-Mobile and they have never rejected a charge on a my account in the three years I've been with them. I relay this to the fourth T-Mobile rep, who promises me that a T-Mobile corporate representative will reach out to me on Monday between 4 and 4:15PM PDT. At this point, I have NO order placed and NO iPhone on the way.

Monday 9/22 @ 10:15AM PDT: Receive a call from a T-Mobile corporate rep ("Joe") who apologizes for what transpired. Although he is unable to slot me to the "front of the line," he offers a few things. ONE, he offers to place the new order himself over the phone. TWO, he offers to bill my account once the phone is ready for shipment instead of using a credit/debit card to ensure that I'm not cancelled on for the same reason. THREE, he offers to take $200 off the price of my iPhone, with $100 coming off up front, the other $100 coming in the form of a discounted monthly price on my EIP. I accept.

So now I'm waiting 4-6 weeks but at least I know its on the way. Though my experience has been a complete pain in the ass, my iPhone will be $200 cheaper and I'm presumably getting it no slower than if I switched carriers.

Just thought I'd share...

Has anyone seen a pre-authorization re-appear? I wonder if it's something that just happens regularly, or if it's a precursor to something.

Apparently my wife has taken delivery of my phone. I'll get it when I leave work in an hour. Thus concludes my waiting for both orders. Oh, and the refund for my shipping has already posted to my account.

got following update from twitter after interacting with John and TMobileUSA

We had limited quantities of the iPhone6 Plus. The color and size you ordered were in high demand. We value you as a customer and are...
...working as quickly as we can to send you the next shipment we get in our warehouse

Congats. I hope my phone is there when I get home. Tired of waiting.

Pre-ordered September 12th
iPhone 6 Plus SG 64gb using JUMP
No status updates, charges, or tracking info

I am getting irritated with T-Mobile. My status for my router has yet to update, still showing as "Order Processed: Ready for UPS." I just want to see some movement!

Just called Customer Service again to express my frustration at how people who ordered DAYS after me already have their phone, yet I'm stuck here in limbo. He said he couldn't find my order number on my account, even after I gave it to him and by searching using my phone number.

Eventually he found it, gave me the same spiel about how it's backordered. I asked him to explain, then, how people who ordered after me already had theirs, and he had no clue. He said that when it comes to Jump! upgrades, to always do them in store because online, it could mess things up.

I asked him to cancel my order because I've gotten the run-around on cancellation. He had a hard time doing it, but said he was successful. He said that it will take up to 2 days for it to officially be cancelled and for me to get my Jump! back, and that if within those two days, the device somehow ships, the cancellation won't be approved.

I have a feeling the device isn't going to ship anytime soon, so once it's officially cancelled, I can just Jump at an Apple Store.

So I've recently decided that I want to move from ATT to T-Mobile and hate seeing that 8 week wait for online ordering.

Seems like most stores didn't get any 6+ in stock on Friday.

Does anyone know if they are getting any 6+ shipments this week? Is there an inventory checker anywhere?

TMO's been trying to blame everything on 'availability' but that wasn't/is the only issue. Their system faakk'd up too. a lot of manual mistakes...

To my knowledge, you can't JUMP! at Apple Stores. Only at T-Mobile.com or T-Mobile stores.

Did your UPS look like this before you received your phone? Because here's what mine looks like but I don't have a phone yet lol. And I don't know if I'm gonna be getting it today or what!

Hers showed all the updates from Kentucky to az to out to delivery.

According to people I know that work at T-Mobile stores, and what others have found out from reps, there won't be 6+ in-store for a long time. They are allocating them to online, telesales, and direct fulfillment orders first due to the limited quantity.

Evidently you haven't read much of this thread.

T-Mobile doesn't know how to track inventory.

But, I wish you luck.

i hope this is true.

T-Mobile doesn't know how to track inventory.

right, this is their FUNDAMENTAL problem, idiots.
so they have to resort to STUPID=GENERIC emails/txt

I was told my the Apple employees themselves that you can...

Most of us on here would have JUMP! through Apple if we could. He might have been confused with AT&T Next, which I know you can do. I'm not sure about Verizon's Edge program.

Is it possible for an order to be delivered before ups even gives a tracking number? I'm being extremely hopeful here lol
