After my nice email complaint, I finally got a call from the executive team. They learned from their mistakes, and they won't over promise this time. They told me it will be UP to 6 weeks before they get some more iphone 6 + 64gb SG in. Considering I ordered on the 12th at 6:00 Central time, they know that I am not happy about that news. They did offer to make me feel better by waiving my upfront cost and keeping the EIP monthly cost the same. Which is essentially knocking off $197 off the full price of the phone.
But at this point I rather have my phone than the money :(

Time is literally money at this time.

I got my phone on Saturday. They next day aired with Saturday delivery. I'm getting my router tomorrow. Both say back ordered on my account. And I ordered my phone last Tuesday. I got the iPhone 6 64GB SG. So idk what's going on wIth them.

So my router is showing delivery for tomorrow after being upgraded to next day air for free, though UPS is still waiting to receive it.

Well looks like there's two labels for the router that I ordered. Which is annoying because I paid $5 to have the first label rerouted to the place I am at for the week since T-Mobile can't get their act together. Looks like I'll be needing to get a refund on that

Ordered: 9/12 @ 12PM CST in stores
Back-ordered: 9/13
Received a text on 9/17 saying expected delivery date to be between 9/22-9/30
CC got charged on 9/19
Received tracking number: 9/21
Expected delivery date - 9/22
Kept checking my phone all throughout work today to see if there were any updates from UPS, but unfortunately nothing.
Current status: Departure scan in Louisville, KY with delivery date of 9/23!!!!
Praying it will be here tomorrow :D

Here comes the wave of "two labels for my router" posts.

Count me in that boat.

I saw the email from UPS and got excited, saw next-day air and got really excited, then saw the weight: 3.4 pounds. No longer excited.

Just got off the phone with cs, just wanted to make sure my order wasn't cancelled or anything. They said I should be hearing from them soon, that all 6+ are in 4-6 week backorder but I'm a priority and that I should be hearing something by this week.

This is bull..

Could someone explain what this router is I keep seeing? I'm assuming it's not literally a router (wi-fi) lol.

You're a priority, you're a priority, you're a priority, you're a priority, we're ALL a priority! :D

I really hope Tmobile losses a lot of customers because of this so that John Legere can get off his high horse! This **** is ridiculous! I know customers from other companies also have to wait but I have a feeling their shipping out system is ALOT better than Tmobiles and I bet they are receiving better updates from their companies!

Yeah I callled earlier and they told me the same thing, but still here I sit with no text or email since last week regarding my order, I guess the waiting game.

It is a router (tmobile calls it a CellSpot)... a $200 Asus Wireless AC router running custom firmware that prefers Tmobile Wifi calling traffic.

If you don't have a wireless AC router (or even if you do) I'd recommend you pick one up as it's one of the best on the market right now.

Lmfao! it is literally a router! (wifi) they are giving free routers away! if you order it before the 24th call CS and get yours!

What in the world lmfao. Are you serious? Is this to compensate for their terrible job of handling the pre-orders or is this some sort of promotion?

Just got this response

Hi victor

I’m working alongside John helping him respond to every customer that has reached out to him for assistance with their iPhone order.

Thank you so much for taking time to email to let us know about the experience you have had with the pre-order process. I would like to apologize on behalf of T-Mobile if you were misinformed in any way. We know the iPhone presale was not the best experience and we are doing everything we can to make it right for you and the rest of our customers.

I will have someone look into your order concerns right away, as I want to give you a more accurate date as to when you can expect to receive your device.

Sincerely,

Joel Chavez

Ok, since it seems like people that are ordering later are getting better results, I'm going to order a 128GB SG 6+ and see what happens.

Very similar to the email I got, although from someone else.

Two routers club

Got excited after seeing UPS my choice message, but it's 3.4lbs. Are they sending us two routers?

Can someone pm me Tmobile's executive office's email address? I also wanna get some credits off my bill.

Below is an email response I received about an hour ago... It sounds similar to the email response others have received.

""""Hi Patrick:

I would like to thank you so much for taking time to email to let us know about the experience you have had with the pre-order process. While I am glad to hear that one of our representatives was super nice, I regret that we were unable to provide you with consistent information regarding your order status and shipping information. We have seen very high pre-order demand since the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus launch was announced, and want to assure you that your order is a priority for us. We are receiving inventory from Apple daily and orders will continue to be fulfilled and shipped as the inventory becomes available.

A member of our team will reach out to you shortly and we will follow this through until you have an iPhone in your hand.

Sincerely,

Joel Chavez

Anybody else canceling their Jump plan after this? I paid for it for a year and can't use it for its intended purpose. I see no reason to keep it.
