I finally got my own mostly canned response from executive relations:
"Im working alongside John helping him respond to every customer that has reached out to him for assistance with their iPhone order.
Im sorry you are still waiting to receive your iPhone and have had a disappointing experience with the preorder process. You are correct, our JUMP! customers participating in a preorder for the newest iPhones did have priority for the first part of the inventory received at our warehouse from Apple. This was dependent on the amount of inventory received from Apple. We have continued to receive shipments from Apple daily and are working quickly to fulfill and ship each order out. We want to ensure you know when your new iPhone will arrive.
A member of our team will reach out to you shortly and we will follow this through until you have an iPhone in your hand."
So if what she says is true, then JUMP priority has expired after the first round.
