I finally got my own mostly canned response from executive relations:

"I’m working alongside John helping him respond to every customer that has reached out to him for assistance with their iPhone order.

I’m sorry you are still waiting to receive your iPhone and have had a disappointing experience with the preorder process. You are correct, our JUMP! customers participating in a preorder for the newest iPhones did have priority for the first part of the inventory received at our warehouse from Apple. This was dependent on the amount of inventory received from Apple. We have continued to receive shipments from Apple daily and are working quickly to fulfill and ship each order out. We want to ensure you know when your new iPhone will arrive.

A member of our team will reach out to you shortly and we will follow this through until you have an iPhone in your hand."

So if what she says is true, then JUMP priority has expired after the first round.

That happened to me Friday, you'll most likely get it tomorrow.

My current tracking status is attached.

Thanks. By 10am, I already figured that it wouldn't come today when nothing had changed on the UPS site. After all the crap I've dealt with over the last 1.5 weeks, I'll be surprised if it comes tomorrow.

Looks like at least three of us are getting duplicate shipments of the router. One from last week via Ground and another about which we got the alert today shipping via next-day air.

So weird.

Same here! So lets see... I'll have 2 routers and NO FRIGGIN' iPHONE. Priorities, T-Mo, priorities.

I got basically the same canned response "I'm here with John..." and "someone will reach out to you shortly..." late Friday evening. No one has 'reached out' yet.

I actually went in to the local T-Mobile store after work and tried to cancel my order and re-order... the guy called in to cancel my order and was told "once it's in backorder status" there's nothing they can do. *********. I've been told twice on the phone that I can cancel anytime before it ships, and now all of a sudden it's impossible to cancel?

I swear I have never been more frustrated in my life.

I have a feeling that EVERY Monday while we are waiting for our phones will be like today! NO ACTION whatsoever!! Cuz they sell everything the have over the weekend and then have to wait to receive new shipment on Monday in order for there to be movement on Tuesday! F my life!!!

Just got a call from exec team, he said 6 weeks. I tried to find out if I can switch to a different phone configuration in plus to get one sooner and he said all were back ordered and there's no way to tell what might come sooner. He gave me a credit on my account and many, many apologies.

So. It will be awhile I guess.

LMAO wtf! they had told me that the only way they could cancel was if it was in backorder status! thats BS!!

www.6tracker.com

If I'm able to snag a 6+ from an Apple store I'll cancel my back order through T-mo and probably get rid of JUMP! and move to the $30 100 minute unlimited data prepaid plan.

That's EXACTLY my plan as well.

I know, right? Just one more instance to add to the list of 345,927 completely different things we've all been told since Friday 9/19.

Shouldn't we be pointing the finger at Apple for not supplying enough phones?

I said the same thing a couple days ago but ppl on here got ******** (apple fanboys) and said that if Tmobile would have handled it better it would be ok. but at the end of the day like i said before Apple is the one who manufactures the phones.. not tmobile! JUST SAYIN!

Lol i gave up hope already! we all go to sleep every night after 5 planes land and I'm still here bitchin about not having a phone! lol. You think all 900,000 are for Tmobile? I doubt they are... cuz if they were receiving shipment like that everyone would already have their phones.

I don't think all are for T-Mobile. It depends on what other carriers use UPS. I know verizon doesn't. I'm not sure what shipping carrier Apple, Sprint or ATT use.

I had a delivery date for today, but obviously that wasn't happening. But at 3:54PM it updated for a departure can in Louisville KY and the delivery date is now 9/23. I just checked now and there was an arrival scan at 6:59PM in Indianapolis IN!

I sure hope my phone doesn't have to through Indianapolis. If it does, I'm guessing I won't get it tomorrow. It's been sitting in Louisville since Saturday 5am like many of us here.

Yeah... At this point belonging to the day 1 pre-order club of backorderness I give up. Ima stress out and die before I ever touch a 6+ lol
So, and I might being further tempting my fate here, do your worse t-mobile!
I hope I do get my package tomorrow and when I open the package it's an actual apple!

For the sake of being serious I have no new updates, just my little backorder status. Didn't even get the 22-30 text.

Same here, same phone. No charge on my card or anything. I spoke to the exec team last week and they said my phone would arrive on the 19th. The only communication I've gotten since then is that it will arrive from the 22nd to the 30th. So, hopefully we'll get ours sometime this week.

Same here except that I haven't had any communication since the two emails/two texts on the 18th that I'd receive my phone on the 19th.

Yes and No. They do this to up their own 'hype" and create a talking point for people like these threads--if there were enough to go around for 100% no one would be "dying to get one" and the hype wouldn't be as big. BUT this situation is different in the fact that Tmobile has added 40x more of hysteria on their own doing-- and not the good kind.

The preorder system was flawed from the get go. The lack of communication started there. Not a single peep or message was stated their site would be up soon. Nothing. Till after 730am--I understand it broke/crashed later too. And it spiraled from there. No way should orders be going in the wrong date order without an explanation. Yes, some jump people were screwed but by trying to fix it on a broken/disorganized system they created tons of more problems. Then losing/canceling people's orders was another animal. They honestly weren't prepared. No way around that. Still no mass message just cryptic messages/tweets and you can still talk to 10 reps one after another and you'll get entirely different messages. No one is organizing what the reps can say or should say.

But I have to say the WORST part of this endeavor comes back to communication. They told people what they wanted to hear and got called out for it. Every person, even these exec's now are passing the buck--the exec emails went from being personal calls and conversations to copy/paste deals. They are just buying extra time with no real 100% explanation.

I do however think that Apple should allow companies to manage preorders a month in advance to make sure a certain amount is prepared for release date. Cut off all preorders after determined amounts are sold, and say from here on out they're on a waiting list etc. That way there's a limited amount but least its certain and organized. No 2 tier system of these people "deserve" it more than other customers. Apple gives no notice because like I said its apple they get to do what they want. But its up to people like Tmobile to be prepared and competent to handle it maturely--clearly they aren't at that level yet.

Has anyone that received a shipping notification Sunday morning have ANY movement? 6+ 64GB SG.

There's been at least a couple, but I have not seen any movement on mine. No idea what's up. I only live five hours from Louisville (40 minute flight), so I don't really know what to expect.

I spoke to a csr about why they let the charge go back he didn't know but he said it took them 2 tries to get it to accept idk why it was a bank issue I guess. Anyway he said that t-mobile did to many pre orders and that's why they in this mess. Also how apple shipped them phones on Friday and sat and said they couldn't ship my phone because ups don't pick up on Sat and sun so that's why I won't get my phone till tomorrow. He also waiting for his 6+ and he had a terrible experience also he said he suppose to get his sometime this week he sounds hopeful

My iPhone 6+ finally arrived! Returned the regular iPhone 6 I had to suffer throughout the weekend with and I am finally using a real man's phone! ;)
